Tabernacle in SLC - While it was a tour of SLC, for me the Tabernacle choir was the highlight of the tour. Also, the stop at the Capitol was great.

Highlights of SLC in 3.5 hours - Excellent, well-paced trip through Salt Lake City with the highlight of being able to attend the Music and the Spoken Word performance of the Tabernacle Choir on Sunday morning. Our guide, Todd, was excellent.

Tabernacle-tour extraordaire Matthew was an excellent guide: knowable, humorous and timely!!! - It’s amazing! Worth every penny! From the moment we entered the convention center we were wowed with everything we saw and heard. Our guide Matthew was excellent. He knows his stuff and delivers it with heart.

Didn’t Know - There is some walking involved but worth it and the choir does not rehearse/perform in the Tabernacle from Memorial Day to Labor Day, however the tour does stop at the Tabernacle and visitors are permitted in the facility.

Good excursion! - Good trip for learning about the birth of Salt Lake City However our main reason for booking was the finale at the end, which was supposed to be seeing the Choir rehearsal. But that didn't happen. We were locked out.

Take this Tour! - Great experience. We had a wonderful tour guide. The other two stops were (after the great performance by the Tabernacle Choir) too short and would be enhanced by even five minutes each.

Amazing - Our main reason going on this tour was to see the Choir perform. However, the tour afterwards was icing on the cake! The tour guide showed us some of the main downtown venues and filled our heads with much information on the history of the City and the Mormons! Only one drawback was not going into Temple Square but will have to save that for another trip. It was a great overview of the high points.
