A scenic 90 km low-rise road leads through a narrow valley, flanked by vibrant hills. Visitors can marvel at the unique and captivating mountain formations, sculpted by wind erosion and rain. These formations have been imaginatively named by locals as Devil’s Throat, Amphitheater, Toad, Castles, Obelisk, House of Parrots, Titanic, among others. After traversing the Quebrada, the final destination is the charming village of Cafayate, where a visit to a local winery offers insights into wine production and the opportunity to taste some of the region’s finest wines. There will also be free time and lunch provided. The return journey to the City of Salta Capital follows the same route, with a few additional technical stops along the way.
