In addition to the Apple Strudel, participants can try their hand at one of Salzburg’s most famous and spectacular desserts - the Salzburger Nockerl, or depending on the program, create their own fluffy Salzburg pretzel. The program also includes a traditional goulash soup for lunch, served before enjoying your baked creations (vegetarian/vegan lunch options are also available).

Fun to learn and make Apple strudel! - This was so fun to watch and then make Apple strudel and salzberger nockeral. We ate tasty goulash while our desserts baked. Then we got to eat our creations and had leftovers to take home. Highly recommend!🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Great time making traditional desserts - This was such a fun class and a great way to spend an afternoon in Salzburg. We learned how to make two desserts and they served us a yummy beef goulash for lunch. We highly recommend taking this class!

Don’t miss this cooking class!!! - The experience was awesome. The school is set in a cave hollowed out in the side of a mountain. The ingredients were prepared in advance and the instructions and demonstrations were easily followed. It was fun to interact with the other students. Both desserts tasted wonderful and the lunch was very tasteful

The apple streusel making... - The apple streusel making class was ALOT of fun and it was delicious! Lunch was delicious too! Our instructor Jimmy was funny, personable and enjoys what he is doing. Highly recommend this activity.

Family fun cooking experience - My daughter, toddler granddaughter and sisterparticipated and had a wonderful time! The cost was very reasonable and the class size was small and intimate. Jimmy was a wonderful instructor taking time to explain and I made it a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this for a single, a couple, or a family. And the food was amazing!
