In addition to the Apple Strudel, participants can try their hand at one of Salzburg’s most famous and spectacular desserts - the Salzburger Nockerl, or depending on the program, create their own fluffy Salzburg pretzel. The program also includes a traditional goulash soup for lunch, served before enjoying your baked creations (vegetarian/vegan lunch options are also available).

Aprons ON! The Strudel Alps are calling you! - This was our crew's favorite activity on our trip! Everyone participated! We even had some strudel singers in the family. This is an activity for all ages. Get your hands dirty and after enjoy the fruits of your labor YUM!

Top notch Apple Strudel - Our cooking class was an excellent experience. Nestled in the side of the mountain Edelweiss Cooking School was well prepared for our small group of three with cooking stations and ingredients prepared. Leonardo was an excellent teacher and wonderful host. The goulash lunch was delicious and the strudel was piping hot as it came out of the oven. It was fun making the nockerl too - the local dessert of Salzburg.

Great time making and eating strudel! - We had a great time meeting new people and making strudel (plus another local dessert). We did this with our 15 year lond daughter and we all had fun.

Highly recommend - Loved this class and had lots of fun as an adult family. Enjoyed making and eating the apple strudel and Christmas biscuits and had a delicious goulash soup for lunch after. Highly recommend, great family activity especially in Winter when there's less to do in Salzburg

One of the favorite things we did in Salzburg!. - Absolutely worth the price we paid and the location is unique and beautiful inside! The staff were very helpful and the results were amazing and very tasty! Cannot wait to try the recipes at home!

Great Class - Location right near river so easy to navigate to the place. Cry polite instructors, tables all set ready for class, gulash fantastic. This class gets strudle done in no time, way easier than what we thought. Family style dining after prep got whole class talking to each other which is a positive. Overall, great.

Fabulous Group Experience! - For friend’s 60th celebratory trip to Salzburg. Had such fun. Really good teaching and we got fully involved in the cooking. Staff very attentive and then to eat our labours was delicious even though I say so myself. Group of 10 and that did not phase them! Very attentive and fun! We had the best 2 hours and a delicious Goulash too !! Thoroughly recommend! You can buy a glass or three of vino too if you wish whilst showing off your baking skills !! Brilliant!!
