Great food and experience - An excellent experience. We just flew into Munich from the states on a red eye. We drove to Salzburg, checked into our hotel, and did a little exploring. And then this. It was a perfect dinner and introduction to Austria.

Great Honeymoon Experience - We got the chance to try out the Apple Strudel course while we were in Salzburg and it was one of the highlights of our trip. They had beer and wine available for purchase and a great instructor who was very prepared for the lesson. We got the chance to hand make our own strudel and then were treated to a great home cooked meal. At the end of the meal we got to try our strudel and it was better than I could have imagined. The pretzel was also shockingly easy and ended up tasting great! Very excited to make these at home. To top off a great night there was live music at the end of dinner. 100% would recommend.

Fabulous experience! - What a fabulous experience! From the very warm welcome to the explanations and things being prepped and ready - all the way to the goulash and parting goodbyes…. A truly wonderful experience! They were informative, helpful and the resulting strudel and pretzel were tasty! Can’t wait to try soon at home!

Entertaining & delicious - I don’t bake, but this class was delightful! The chefs were informative & full of personality. It was so much fun to make strudel & pretzels. They were both delicious, as was the hearty vegetarian (lentil) soup. Gohar has a stunning singing voice. Great evening activity.

Not to be missed! - This was an outstanding experience. We were a family of 5 including 2 kids and one grandparent. It was a great all-ages activity. The baking instruction was excellent, as was the food we made. It was also lovely to share the experience with other guests. Overall, this was a highlight of our trip and we would definitely do it again.

Birthday celebration - A well organised course and good fun. The teacher was super efficient and it was a nice way to spend a couple of hours in the late afternoon doing something different. Recipes and ingredient's were simple so will definitely be revisiting the recipes now we are back in England!
Definitely recommend this course! Enjoy

Great Fun, Highly Recommend! - We attended the pretzel making and apple strudel making class that included dinner. Was great fun and a wonderful way to spend an evening.
Agnes made the strudel dough stretching process look so easy, and although our first go was not as beautiful as our instructor's, it still tasted great and we will definitely try it at home!
There is nothing like pretzels fresh out of the oven. Agnes is wonderfully friendly and helpful and the goulash soup that accompanied our creations for dinner, was delicious. We were serenaded by her wonderful assistant who is also a very accomplished singer.
Recommend reserving well in advance as they seem to sell out.
A lovely (and taste-y) evening!

August 2025 Review - My boyfriend and I signed up for this cooking class during a week night in August. We cook and bake regularly at home and have taken other cooking classes (such as in Thailand). We thought the actual baking portion/activity was mediocre for the price. We made apple strudel and pretzels, and the recipes were very basic and quick. The goulash served for dinner was delicious and we had great instructors. In comparison to other cooking classes, I rank it 4 stars instead of 5 because I don’t consider it a good value.
