Family group of 16 on Christmas Day - Our two families did the cooking class followed by Goulash on Christmas Day. It was well organised and enjoyed by the whole group. Would highly recommend this school. Making the pastry from scratch was something none of us had ever tried before.

Traditional Salzburg Cooking in a Unique Salzburg Location! - Had a lovely time with Johan and his team as we learned how to make struedel and traditional crescent cookies, and also enjoyed a very nice lunch of ghoulash. The cooking school is built into the cliff, which was an interesting aspect of the experience.

Fun for the while family - We had a great time at the edelweiss cooking school. The set up is great and the whole family (2 adults and two teenagers) enjoyed it. The only reason I have given 4 stars is breccias the one I really wanted (evening cooking class with music) was not available while we were there. But the one we ended up doing was still lots of fun.
