Sangumburi Crater - After breakfast, enjoy a full-day city tour starting with Sangumburi, a crater designated as a Natural Monument. It is a flat crater, approximately 650 meters wide, 100 meters deep, and 2,070 meters in circumference. From above, it resembles a man-made circular stadium. The crater is home to diverse plant life.
Ilchul Land - Explore Ilchul Land, a delightful theme park featuring a flower garden, including a Bonsai Garden and Micheon Lava Cave.
Seongsan Ilchulbong - En route to the next destination, stop by the Yuchae (Canola) Flower field. Enjoy the picturesque springtime views of Jeju by strolling along the Seogwipo coastline and through fields of yellow canola flowers. Then, visit Seongsan Sunrising Hill, also known as ‘Sunrise Peak,’ an archetypal tuff cone formed by hydrovolcanic eruptions on a shallow seabed about five thousand years ago.

Hanji Museum - After breakfast, delve into the rich cultural heritage of Korea. Begin with a visit to the Hanji Museum (Korean Traditional Mulberry paper), Korea’s first museum specializing in paper. It houses an extensive collection of 3,000 artifacts and a database documenting the long history and excellence of Hanji (Korean paper). Enjoy a DIY experience making Korean paper with wooden tools to take home.
Jeonju Hanok Village - Jeonju is the birthplace of Bibimbap (Rice with Vegetables & Meat). In 2011, it was ranked 40th on the World’s 50 most delicious foods readers’ poll by CNN Travel.
Tour Hanok Village, the largest Korean Village with various traditional cultural facilities in the downtown area. Participate in traditional crafts such as Hapjukseon or Taegukseon (fans) and sample traditional tea shops and restaurants.
Gyeonggijeon Shrine - Next, enjoy a walking tour in the Gyeonggijeon pavilion, the symbol of Jeonju’s Korean-style village.

Gyeongju - Afterwards, drive to the historic Gyeongju City, the 1,000-year-old capital of the Silla Dynasty.

Bulguksa Temple - This morning, begin the city tour. Gyeongju Historic Areas were designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000. The protected areas include temple and palace ruins, outdoor pagodas and statuary, and other cultural artifacts from the Silla Kingdom. The historic areas are also known as one of the largest outdoor museums in the world. First, visit Bulguksa Temple, also known as “The Buddhist Country Temple.”
Seokguram - Alongside the neighboring Seokguram Hermitage, Bulguksa Temple was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995.
Daereungwon Tomb Complex - Lastly, visit Tumuli Park, which contains over 20 large and small tombs from the Silla Period.
Andong Hahoe Folk Village - Transfer to Andong Hahoe Folk Village, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which gained fame after Queen Elizabeth of England visited on April 21, 1999.

Museum Kimchikan - Visit a renowned Kimchi Making Facility and try your hand at Kimchi Making (D.I.Y.) & trying on Hanbok (Korean traditional costume). From ancient times, Yeoju rice was presented to Korean Kings and families due to its high quality.
Hwaseong Fortress - Visit Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, a masterpiece of Korean traditional architecture designated as a World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Haenggung, meaning detached palace, is a palace built within Hwaseong’s walls to house King Jeongjo when he was away from his palace in Seoul worshipping at his father’s tomb. When not in residence, it served as a government base for his delegated official. Built in 1789, it was expanded between 1794 and 1796 to house 600 compartments, becoming the largest haenggung in Korea. If available, take the mini train to explore the Fortress.

Gyeongbokgung Palace - Discover the new era in Korea, known as New Seoul, which will be the highlight of today. After a restful night, head out early to the beautiful Gyeongbokgung Palace to witness the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony, a tradition over 500 years old.
Bukchon Hanok Village - Before enjoying a Korean food feast with locals, immerse yourself in history with a walk around Bukchon Hanok Village, observing several traditional homes, Hanok.
Seoul - DMZ
DMZ - The Demilitarized Zone is a unique area where one can observe a country divided into two. Experience the tension but hope for peace in Korea while learning about its history and future.
The highlight of today’s tour is the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone).

Located on each side of the 38th parallel, this infamous border was established at the end of the war in 1953 with the signing of Panmunjom’s armistice to separate North and South Korea. Upon arrival, proceed to passport security control followed by a brief introduction at the United Nations camp. Visit Dora Observatory and Dorasan railway station. Explore Imjingak Park with the Memorial, the Liberty Bridge, and the bell of unification. Late morning, visit the 3rd tunnel dug into the rock at a depth of 73m, capable of moving a full division per hour with their weapons.
Insadong - Afterwards, explore Insadong Cultural Street, one of Seoul’s most memorable attractions. It represents the heart of Korean traditional culture and crafts. Stores in Insadong specialize in a wide variety of goods unique to Korea.

Incheon - The Perfect Finish - Stay close during your leisure time in the morning, as the group will reconvene in the early afternoon at Myeongdong, one of Seoul’s main shopping and tourism districts. If you haven’t found anything during the journey, this is the ideal place to purchase souvenirs and enjoy lunch, with hundreds of restaurants offering Asian, European, and American cuisine.
Adjacent to Myeongdong, visit Namdaemun Local Market, Korea’s largest and oldest wholesale market, where you can find almost everything at affordable prices.
Then, a private car or charter will transport you back to Incheon International Airport. Though it may be difficult to say goodbye to the country you have grown fond of, it’s time to return home. Remember, Seoul always welcomes you back!
