Booking Conditions

1. Reservation Details: The vehicle will be handed over only to the person registered on the platform. Booking details must match identification, phone number, and lodging information. A valid and active WhatsApp number is required for receiving messages. Delivery instructions and necessary communications will be sent through this channel.

2. Vehicle Delivery: Delivery is available to hotels in central San Andrés or at the airport upon your flight’s arrival (with prior coordination).

3. Delivery Time: From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Deliveries are not made after 12:00 p.m. The buggy is returned starting at 4:00 p.m.

4. Deposit: A security deposit is required for the schedule and fuel at the time of delivery.

5. Fuel Level: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was delivered.

6. Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license must be presented. Without it, there will be no delivery or refund.

7. Alcohol and Drugs: Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in immediate vehicle retention without a refund.

8. Use of the Vehicle: Driving on sand is not allowed. Sitting on the bonnet, roof, or traveling in the cargo area is prohibited.

9. Delivery to the Owner: Only the reservation holder can receive the vehicle and must present a physical identity card (not digital). Otherwise, there will be no delivery or refund.

10. Number of Passengers: The vehicle’s capacity of six persons must not be exceeded. Non-compliance will result in retention without a refund.

11. Duration of the Reservation: The rental period is for eight hours, starting and ending at the times specified on the platform. If you wish to receive it later or at a different location, please contact us; the return time will remain as stipulated.

12. Damage Liability: The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
