San Andrea day trip - Meeting point was not clear if not wrong. Directed to the marina and no one, no one knew the local tour provider. After a long delay in searching for the tour operator someone suggested going next door to the casa de culture. We quickly found the tour provider but well after our scheduled departure time. Too much stress and lack of clear communication. Tour itself was fine. Would have been happy with the aquarium visit only. Johnny cay was nice but expensive when you consider the coral tax they charge. Sea was rough at Johnny cay so swimming was a challenge. Not to mention getting on and off the boat in rough seas.

Poor communication. Unclear directions. - I do not recommend. Tour operator did not respond to WhatsApp. Email bounced back. We missed the tour. There was also no signage at the wharf for the tour company. Terrible service.

Herd of thieves are the worst. - Worst of all, we got robbed. Nobody should shop with them. I don't have to pay again to go. They're thieves. Nobody buys with them.

We had to buy the whole tour again - Lousy robbed us are some responsible only answer when they go to sell the tour but then when it is already day no one answers for anything. Neither calls nor messages are a fraud thanks

The worst experience with Activitours - They spent the day diving making me late for the excursion to the Keys, assuring me that I would be able to do it the same, but when I arrive they did not want to give me the walk. Finally they made me wait to take Jhonny Cay and then to the aquarium for HALF AN HOUR, who for the return did not want to let me get on the boat because they had allegedly taken me in favor (when I paid for the tour two months before) and said that there was no place, when I saw that there was. They wanted to leave me stranded in the key without the possibility of coming back and I ended up getting into the prepo boat. On arrival they wanted to make us come down with all our belongings with the water around our waist, and we had to climb a wall to get out

Nos robaron - Lousy, after we had all the payment, we were robbed with the tour saying we were not scheduled and we had to pay again. What a disrespect.
