This tour is good because apart from going to the keys we also go to where the manta rays are and take a walk through the mangroves of San Andres, if you go on vacation to San Andres and do not visit these places it is as if you had not gone

Great! - Excursion very complete, with free time on the island and in the aquarium to enjoy, swimming in a real aquarium.

Herd of thieves are the worst. - Worst of all, we got robbed. Nobody should shop with them. I don't have to pay again to go. They're thieves. Nobody buys with them.

We had to buy the whole tour again - Lousy robbed us are some responsible only answer when they go to sell the tour but then when it is already day no one answers for anything. Neither calls nor messages are a fraud thanks

The worst experience with Activitours - They spent the day diving making me late for the excursion to the Keys, assuring me that I would be able to do it the same, but when I arrive they did not want to give me the walk. Finally they made me wait to take Jhonny Cay and then to the aquarium for HALF AN HOUR, who for the return did not want to let me get on the boat because they had allegedly taken me in favor (when I paid for the tour two months before) and said that there was no place, when I saw that there was. They wanted to leave me stranded in the key without the possibility of coming back and I ended up getting into the prepo boat. On arrival they wanted to make us come down with all our belongings with the water around our waist, and we had to climb a wall to get out

Nos robaron - Lousy, after we had all the payment, we were robbed with the tour saying we were not scheduled and we had to pay again. What a disrespect.

Careful!!! Don't shop here. - I went with my whole family paying about 600,000 pesos, the previous days we spoke to the agency confirming meeting point and time, but on the day of the tour we were told that the agency had not confirmed them about our assistance, you can see that the logistics is terrible, I read other reviews and they had the same thing STOLEN in their faces, and apart from that they made us pay again if we wanted to do the tour. I do not recommend this tour at all, how cheap the price, and please check the reviews before buying something.

THEY ROBBED US WITHOUT BRAZENNESS - I checked the reviews and I realized that not only we were robbed.
We were scheduled to pick up at the dock at 8:45 a.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025 and when we arrived at the agreed site we are told that they have no knowledge of the list of people we are going to attend, that the company NEVER informed them of us as attendees what we had paid the full amount of the tour. We also showed the 2 PDFs that were in the VIATOR application and they did NOT accept them since they only provided us with those documents. We called the number where the day before we had been given specific recommendations of things we should not do so that we would not be robbed and THEY were the ones who stole from us. WE HAD TO PAY AGAIN the whole tour for a quantity of 11 people we were going.

Unpleasant - It was a terrible experience, we were kept waiting for the agency to approve our tour, which did not happen, after the agency said that there was no problem, that we should only arrive at the agreed time. We got tired of calling them and the cell phone rang out. In order not to damage our holidays the payment was made again in the hope that they would make the money back. But they didn't. It was a very unpleasant moment.

I got ripped off. They charged and didn't send boucher and I couldn't go with Tripavisor - They didn't send boucher. It was my turn to buy another ticket on the physical site. They didn't send authorization to take the tour. They cashed in and didn't deliver. I got ripped off. No money back
