- We had a great time on this tour seeing Johnny Cay and Acuario. What was less than ideal was the communication and response times from the tour operator.

San Andrea day trip - Meeting point was not clear if not wrong. Directed to the marina and no one, no one knew the local tour provider. After a long delay in searching for the tour operator someone suggested going next door to the casa de culture. We quickly found the tour provider but well after our scheduled departure time. Too much stress and lack of clear communication. Tour itself was fine. Would have been happy with the aquarium visit only. Johnny cay was nice but expensive when you consider the coral tax they charge. Sea was rough at Johnny cay so swimming was a challenge. Not to mention getting on and off the boat in rough seas.

SCAM - Warning, it's a scam.
They send you a supposed ticket to the mail, but they don't give you any contact, they don't answer calls, they don't answer messages, there's no one to ask about at the dock.
Nobody knows Activiturs at the dock, they just steal your money.
We had to buy the pier tour again with one of the agencies that are on site.
Don't fall, this is a scam to steal from you.

Scam - SCAM! After an hour waiting at the agreed point nobody showed up, everyone knew each other and nobody knew who this person was. I am still waiting for a refund or solution from Viator.

Choose another tour operator for this tour. - I'm heading to the meeting point and no operator knows which vessel I'm going to sail on. I asked at various counters for VIATOR and my ticket... no one could answer. I phoned the ticket contact, and no one answered.

Fatal care - The ticket value is $5000.00 pesos, and in here $4000.00 either we were scammed or it is wrong in the app. Terrible.

Very bad - We paid for an activity that we could not attend. No information was sent to us... no response to our messages to give us the meeting place. In short we lost 84€

Poor communication. Unclear directions. - I do not recommend. Tour operator did not respond to WhatsApp. Email bounced back. We missed the tour. There was also no signage at the wharf for the tour company. Terrible service.
