Mule 4010 - Vehicle was ready to go! Made us around the island twice in one tank! Borrowed a cooler from hotel and filled it up at SuperMercado Exito, went and got vehicle and were gone! Smooth sailing!

An excellent place to share with the family - An excellent way to get to know the island is to rent it on the first day to take advantage of the time and do the tours to the different islands starting so that nothing is missing.

Good for self tour of the island - Fast pickup, esdy to operate, traffic non existent in rural parts, but can be heavier in downtown area

Fun to get around in - The vehicles were a lot of fun. We rented three, with some in better condition than others. Check the pedals before you accept the vehicle. Also, take a picture of the gas level. We had to fill up the tank right away which wasn’t expected.

Different experience, but check the state of the vehicle and assess prices - The vehicles may be in poor condition and are not cheap. You will hardly be able to rent a "mole" (as they call it there) in good condition for less than 500 reais per day. The roads are only reasonable.

Bad vehicle - The vehicle in fair condition. I thought on several occasions that he was going to dump me. It seemed like it was going to fall apart.

Overall OK - Check that your reservation matches what you book. For example, I booked for 3 days but our reservation was only for one day for some reason but we didn’t realized this. I booked a car but we received a buggy, which was fine but not what I booked. The buggy was not as safe (hand brake didn't work, it stalled a lot) or as nice as what we saw others driving around from other companies. Overall it was fine but not what we booked.

Avoid Martinez Rental— shoddy and unreliable - The vehicle was crap. Stalled at every red light. Gas pedal detached and I had to press on a knob. Most seat belts were not operational. Battery connector detached and Cristian Martinez (operator) hung up on me when I called for assistance. Yet he kept texting me to return on time. A nice man from a dive shop helped us open the engine and reconnect the battery otherwise we’d still be there. I tipped him. Martinez wanted money for the gas after all that! Do not deal with this guy!

Fraudster supplier - It is a fraudster not to book anything online or pay guarantee, they keep everything and then say that there is no stock of the vehicle. Confirmed fraudster, already made the reports on other platforms.

Terrible experience... - TOTAL non-compliance with the service.....lack of seriousness when delivering the vehicle and does not correspond to the characteristics or model presented of it, completely disappointed....
