MUST SEE IN SAI - If you go to San Andrés, if or if you have to visit it, you have lockers to leave your things, carry life and drink and you will have a barbaric time, essential water shoes, snorkeling and water protection for the celu, there they also sell, against , the number of people, impressive , crowded, but still worth and would return more than once, Bellisimo

Must visit - I think it's an amazing place. I recommend going to the aquarium on an independent excursion to take advantage. I took out the ticket at the beach co-op (note that everything is paid in cash). If you go 830 you get safe place. DON'T GO WEEKEND that's packed. I do not recommend a tour that you are offered from the cay that say you will see fish etc in a glass floor boat. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. The glass is tiny, you can't see anything and it comes out 30,000 pesos. The lockers come out 10,000 pesos and two backpacks come in. I recommend going with water shoes. They sell them to 25,000 at the same place they sell the ticket. You can bring your own food. In the key opposite (you walk along the water) there are places with shade to put a tarp and eat

Definitely a must if you are in SAI - A UNIQUE place without a doubt if you are in SAI. I recommend doing the tour one weekday and only not in the framework of a tour with more things. I bought the ticket the same day at the beach at the co-op. It has good prices and respect the schedules but it is all CASH. They sell tmb the water shoes that are indispensable for 25 thousand. DO NOT take the tour you are offered from the aquarium in a boat "with glass floor" because 30,000 comes out and the glass is mini. You can't see anything. Wear masks or hoods. There are lockers that go out 10,000 and you have two backpacks. To eat you can walk (by water) to haynes kay q you can take your food or buy something there that there are tmb bathrooms.

IMPORTANT, a beautiful place to visit in San Andrés 😊 - In January the tide is very high and you can not enjoy the aquarium so much, there is no sand, it is just a pool of water that reaches you more than 1.5mts high. A lot of rocks and a lot of current touched us the day we went. Going with kids was kind of complicated everything and they couldn't appreciate much for the depth and movement of the sea current. The floating bridge to the island of Rous cay is unmaintained, there are parts that have no rope to grab and is very dangerous with the movement of the sea it was difficult to cross it and there was a lot of people passing around even worse! (People ran to have more balance and not fall ). The island is spectacular, we had a very sunny day and could enjoy the beautiful scenery and tranquility of the island. Boat transport was a lot of fun. The excellent guides. They should be prepared with the maya as you wet more inside the boat than outside (it goes against currents and at high speed). On the island there is a locker to store things (it is very small). The cost of the tour cost us $60,000 cop take you to the three islands (fallen aquarium, rous cay and Jonhy cay) the locker are $10,000. (we had to use 2 to put 3 medium sized backpacks). We carried our food so I don't know what prices the lunches were.

Our journey - Unfortunately there were many people on the Key, and the swell was very strong. However it is a very beautiful place, the water of the sea is crystal clear, you can see rays (Mantarayas) is a walk that must be done when traveling to San Andrés.

Excellent place!!! Very good coordination 😌 - Beautiful place But lack of communication and coordination with the persons in charge of transport They arrived 1 hour later to pick us up and on the spot there was NO one to answer us and who could communicate with the person who had taken us to the Island (aquarium) we understand that problems may arise , but in this case what bothers us is that there was NO ONE who would come from the situation😠

Aquarium San Andrés Islands - This place you can visit by buying some of the tours on the island, when we went there were an impressive amount of people you could see that they were exceeding the amount of people who could be there, very bad done because at that rate it will deteriorate that tourist part of the island, there were very few fish I think it is because they are taking so many people to the site and the fish no longer want to return there, there was also a young man with a mantaaya for people to take photos and that seems very bad done because the little animal could see that they wanted to swim and they retained it to take their photos, hopefully the Mood entity takes letters on the matter because at the same time they are going to finish that ecosystem.👎👎👎

Animal cruelty - Mass tourism. Overpopulated island. We were taken for 3 hours on this island. A Colombian man captured a stingray and charged 10,000 pesos for a photo. During the 3 hours, the ray was held in his hands. Shameful that this kind of attraction is still allowed in 2023 and that some tourists encourage this. Sad for the animal.
