Great history and the Ghostbusters would be busy! - Guide had a vast knowledge of the historical buildings downtown and what spirits have been seen where.

Great! - Warren or William I think was his name the retired history teacher! Was amazing he was so knowledgeable and it was just a great experience for me and my daughter it was just us three so the one on one attention and stories/history in detail were great! Would definitely do this again.

Chris great ghost tour guide - Chris was wonderful and very knowledgeable more knowledgeable then myself and I am a minor ghost investigator myself. He really knows his stuff and a great person and guide. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a ghost tour.

Great guide, cool history! - Warren was really great! Gave us a lot of information and it was so cool learning about the history of the city. You could tell he had a real love for San Antonio and made us feel really welcome. We had a wonderful time!

Great date night - Warren was a fantastic guide. My wife and I decided to go on the tour as a last minute date night idea. It has been something we wanted to do for quite a while. Even as a life long resident, Warren’s vast knowledge of San Antonio’s history was intriguing. He had stories we had never heard and some embellishments on some of the stories we did know. It is quite obvious he really enjoys what he does. It made for a great time and we can’t wait to go again.

Warren was great! Definitely recommend! - We did the Madames and Mayhem Tour with Warren, and he was amazing! We were the only ones so we got individualized attention. He was really knowledgeable on everything, and we both had such a great time. Warren was really personable and even gave us a recommendation for a bar afterwards with a bonus ghost story!

Amazing and informative - Warren was an amazing guide! He had so much knowledge of the town and it's history. It was just me and my husband so we had his undivided attention. He gave us a great tour. I would love to do it again.

Entertaining tour and top notch guide in Jimmy Ray! - Our guide, Jimmy Ray, was fantastic. He was personable, knowledgeable, and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. We stopped at multiple places to hear about the history/lore of each spot. We didn’t have any paranormal experiences on this tour, but it was interesting and entertaining nonetheless. Very educational scary not scary - I recently went on this ghost city tour and while it was very educational, it didn’t quite meet my expectations for a ghost tour. The guide was extremely nice and clearly passionate about the history of the area. The tour was scheduled for an hour and a half but actually lasted about two and a half hours, which showed how much effort and time the guide put into it. That being said, the tour focused heavily on historical facts and talked about the thousands and thousands of people who died in the city over the years. While that information was interesting, I was hoping for more detailed, individual ghost stories that really bring the hauntings to life. Only a couple of specific personal stories were shared. We also stayed within about one city block for most of the tour. I was expecting to move around more and explore different areas, especially places known for specific hauntings. Overall, it felt more like a history tour with a spooky theme rather than a true ghost tour centered on the city’s haunted legends. If you’re looking for strong historical background and a very kind, dedicated guide, you’ll likely enjoy it. If you’re hoping for chilling ghost encounters and immersive haunted storytelling, it may not fully deliver. I thought it was overpriced
