Take This Tour with Stewart! - Stewart led us on a fabulous trip as we walked through history. His appreciation for the folklore, facts and folks that makeup all that is San Antonio and the Riverwalk. He had a binder of photos to illustrate his points and keep us guessing as to who the famous visitors from all walks of celebrity had been. The best story, imo, was about the Vivian and Johnny Cash bench and Robert Harvey Harold Hugman’s creation of the Riverwalk. He kept us at a comfortable pace and offered stops along the way. Highly recommend the tour but booking directly through Alamo City Walking Tours for more direct communication with Stewart should plans need to modify. Would take it again!!

Best tour guide - Stewart imparted a great deal of history along with some trivia. He incorporated some of his own experiences in relating the information. Really enjoyed the visuals he showed along with his information. Gave some great in depth information that was re-enforced when we went on the tourist attractions. Must do this tour first to get the background of the Riverwalk and downtown.

Would do the Walking Tour Again! - The Walking Tour Along the San Antonio Riverwalk And Around Downtown was fabulous! If I could do more than five stars I would. Our tour guide, Stewrart Horne was amazing!!! We learned things that were interesting, fun, and memorable. He took us at an easy pace and told us of historical facts of the San Antonio Riverwalk area that was filled with excitement, adventure, romance, and personal experiences. His personal experience at the Menger Hotel was most interesting . You will be enthralled when he tells you about it. We had a great time and would do it again!!
