Awesome Experience - Overall it was such an experience. Except for the initial hiccup when we have to wait for some people in the group for an hour to come down from the ship. It was unfair for other people who woke up early to be on time and have to wait. Their was some exchange of words that make the tour very tense in the beginning. A 30 minutes wait would have been reasonable but to be standing for 1 hour waiting was not pleasant at all.

Great post-cruise tour, well worth the money. - Edu (guide) and Juan(driver) did a fantastic job showing us Viña Del Mar and Valparaiso. Edu was very informative and gave lots of interesting information and details. He also was happy to answer questions. Both cities are beautiful! We especially loved all the street art in Valparaiso. A delicious, authentic lunch stop was included (pay for yourself). The wine tasting at the largest organic vineyard in the world was very nice. Juan did an excellent job driving and dropped guests off at the airport or hotel. I would absolutely recommend this tour. There was quite a bit of walking and some hills, but Edu was able to make accommodations for a guest with some limitations.

Perfect day - A heartfelt thank you to Nacho and Roberto for an absolutely wonderful day. Nacho’s contagious enthusiasm, genuine passion for Chile, and impressive depth of knowledge truly brought every place we visited to life. His explanations were engaging, insightful, and made the entire experience unforgettable. A special thank you as well to Roberto, our driver, for his safe driving, professionalism, and kindness throughout the day. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of. It was truly a pleasure to share this experience with both of you. Highly recommended!

San Antonio cruise terminal to Santiago - From the time we left the ship to when we were dropped off at our hotel, the tour was well organised, Our guide, Eduard, was very knowledgeable, fun to be with and made our day special. Highlight for us was the walking tour of Valpraiso; the street art is amazing. The venue recommended for lunch produced excellent, local dishes. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone leaving a cruise ship in San Antonio and wanting an overview of the area before heading to the airport or hotel in Santiago.

Long post cruise transfer made fun and enjoyable - The pre-event communication was very good (thru the What’sApp) and the organization at the busy cruise port terminal was well thought out and easy to follow. Once we were organized into a group (by Nacho, whose English in very good) we where meet by out charismatic guide, Edwardo, and shown the way to an awaiting large and comfortable van. We were expertly guided through the twisting streets and hills of Valparaiso accompanied by Edwardo’s detailed commentary about the town, its art , and history. We had a lunch break at a local restaurant and we all thought the food was, service and costs were top notch . This is a terrific way to transfer from the ship to our hotel in Santiago and not loose a day of sightseeing and learning.

Good tour but wine tasting disappointing - Great small group tour with excellent guide Pablo. Only slight disappointment was the wine tasting 2 glasses of wine with only a short explanation of each (took 5-10 minutes)

A pleasant and informative tour - Had a great day in Valparaiso and Casablanca for the wine tasting. Ramsès had a lot of knowledge to share and did so with a twist of humor. The driver David got us everywhere safe and sound. It's a nice tour if you have a day to spend outside Santiago!
