Family outing - Our guide, Maria, was fantastic—very knowledgeable. We saw monkeys, a couple snakes, and even a tarantula.

Tyrolean activity in Costa Rica - Great experience to live intensely. The adrenaline is there! Nothing like to overcome his fear of emptiness😁 Still, not to be recommended to people with heart problems or really scary. The first zip line crossed, impossible to go down in any other way.... obligation to complete the course on the remaining 5 but the view is beautiful.

Fantastic, magical - A great time, a breathtaking view, on arrival we equip you, then we take a cable car that takes you to the level of a place where there is a hand or you can make pictures possibility to go down by the same means if you do not want to do the ziplines. Once finished, you can take a walk, or you can see a lot of animals. The staff is very kind and kind. There is also the possibility to order pictures of this magical moment that we receive by email 35 dollars for the family. In addition there are very beautiful pictures of animals and landscape

Hanging bridges and ziplines tour - The scenic activities included in the ziplines or hanging bridges tour will amaze, educate and certainly thrill you!! On the hanging brides tour we saw sloths, exotic frogs and birds, vipers and monkeys. All pointed out and photographed by our guide!!! The hanging bridges tour is about 11k steps over 2 hours. Helps to be somewhat fit. The ziplines activity consists of 6 ziplines over and through the top canopy of the triple canopy rainforest. It was exhilarating and both are unforgettable!!!

High thrill experience! Great staff, best zip lines in CR! - High thrill experience! Thought we had experienced amazing zip lining previously in the Smokey Mountains…but then we came here. This is the highest zip line in Costa Rica (one of the many lines was over 650 feet)…and it was such an incredibly beautiful experience through the rain forest. Two teens and two parents here all gave this excursion our best of Costa Rica vote (and we did several other very cool things here). Guides were fun, professional and friendly.

Amazing Day Zip Lining - Our family of four (17 and 19 year old kids) had an amazing day on the Ariel tram, zip lines and nature walk. The zip lining was amazing, with views over Lake Arenal. I was incredibly nervous but all the guides put me at ease. Kids had an absolute blast. The nature walk with Maricella was amazing, saw some incredible animals and birds. She was like an encyclopedia. She knew everything. We saw Howler monkeys, snakes, a crab, yes a crab and a tarantula! The cafe overlooking Lake Arenal was a spectacular place to eat lunch. The shuttle bus back to our resort was very convenient. We were in Costa Rica for a week and I think this was one of our favorite activities.

Zip zip hooray! - So much fun! There was one small zip at the top to start it off and get you used to the gear, and then the next one was off to the races! We were there on a foggy day (or was it just above the clouds?) so the first couple runs were just flying into an abyss of clouds - this might sound unfortunate since we missed out on the view, but it made it all the more exciting because you couldn't see where you were going. All your focus was on how fast and fun it was! Once we dropped below the clouds we were able to see everything, which provided a different kind of thrill. They did an excellent job of prepping us and explaining how everything works. You never feel unsafe. The only downer is when it's over - I wanted to zip all the way down to the lake! Joking of course (a little) The package also includes a walk through the forest and several hanging bridges, which we did first. It's about 4 miles of moderate up and downs, and on our day it was pouring relentlessly so the conditions were a challenge for sure. Our guide Marisol (spelling?) did a great job of pointing out different types of critters and plants, but there were no monkeys or sloths to se due to the weather. Making matters worse, I wore what I thought was a rain jacket but nope it just a windbreaker, so I was completely drenched. This of course is my own fault, but still it made for a less then pleasant experience. After the hike, we returned to the main building to regroup and prepare for the ziplines. But first I visited the gift shop for a real rain jacket and a dry shirt. They had a great selection, but of course when buying from a gift shop at a park you pay a premium for that privilege. I happily forked over the cash and soon enough I was dry and protected, ready for the zips. Somewhat expensive yes, but money well spent! All in all I would definitely do the zips again (and again), but would reconsider the additional time/expense of the hike. It was the same hike we took in plenty other areas around Arenal, but w/o monkeys or sloths it was just a walk in the woods. Maybe on a good weather day that would be different... We paid for the photo package and took a few of our own as well. They did a good job of capturing our reactions and facial expressions, the most entertaining of which were of our more frightened zippers. Well done!

Zip wires were great fun... - Zip wires were great fun - really loved doing them. Unfortunately they try to stop you taking your camera up so they can sell you their photos at very expensive prices on top of what is already an expensive activity. Take you camera up anyway - quite a few of us did in a zip pocket for photos at the top and on the platforms on the way down! We were debating what to take with us - what it would have been really useful to know in advance is that there are free lockers there you can use to store your stuff while ziplining. Hanging bridges/animals hike was very enjoyable. Don't understand the hype about hanging bridges though - there were 2 on this tour but not that memorable. Still a good day though but a bit over-priced.

A Caution to Older Adults - My friend and I, both older adults, were scheduled for this experience y our Costa Rica based tour company. While the walk with the guide with a few hanging bridges were great, we were disqualified from zip lining due to my diagnosis of osteoporosis. I was shocked and so disappointed. That being said, I saw how high, long and fast the zips were, with only self-braking. It was good we didn't physically qualify to zip. as we could have sustained an injury at our age. We did get to ride the gondola for a spectacular view and enjoyed a similar view at their lovely restaurant. I am in excellent physical condition and I'm in my late 60's. We found a more compatible zip line option later on in our trip in Manuel Antonio. Later I met several tourists who participated in this zip line experience. They said it was intense, aggressive and not really geared towards the older adult.
