Great experience with younger kids! - I was nervous bringing my 7 and 9 year old girls zip lining but had read that this company was especially good with kids. Boy were they ever! Aaron and the crew were so lovely with us and especially with my shy girls, who just had the most wonderful time. We were tacked on to a large group and they made sure we were always first on the line so that they could ride with one or both kids as needed. At times the girls rode alone too! We felt so safe and in great hands with them. We did not do the Tarzan swing but it looked pretty amazing. The whole tour feels well organized and coordinated and we had a wonderful time.

Excellent adventure - If you are looking for an exhilarating adventure then come zipline at ecoglide. Their knowledgeable guides will transport you to a beautiful jungle where you will be able to view nature and zip across cables. Aaron was our guide and he was super fun and made you feel safe during the zip lining.

Pura vida at its finest- the best zip experience! - This group was not the first one recommended but it should be! The staff is professional, friendly and welcoming as well as funny! My family and I had a blast and we all didn’t want it to end! Besides getting a fantastic view of Arenal on the longest (340m) zip, the cherry on top was the drinks, smiles and cool wet towel they offered at the end! Pura vida!

Family Fun - We did the canopy tour last week with our 2 daughters, ages 6 and 3. The crew was awesome. They were fun, informative, and made sure we had a great time. My 3 year old went through every line with a member of the crew and loved that she was the leader for the large group of zip-liners. My 6 year old loved it too! The views are great. They have a professional photographer take photos and videos of everyone. We're so glad to have these memories!

Fun and family-friendly BUT try to go when it is less busy - We went as a family and chose it specifically because they cater to families with younger kids. They definitely treat families with kids well, prioritizing them and letting them go first. The "instructors" made the kids feel comfortable. We were put together with other families and a huge group of students. There were a LOT of us. The zip lining itself was very fun and never felt too fast to be scary. The views were awesome. We didn't go on the Tarzan swing but had to wait and watch a bunch of people doing it and everyone screamed who did (out of fear and fun!). No kids did it and I wouldn't have felt safe letting my kids do it. The only thing I did not like is that they really pushed us through fast. They had a big group to get through and you could tell they wanted us down at the bottom as fast as possible, sometimes even yelling "go go go" to me on one platform when I had a question about positioning. On some platforms it was the same person receiving the zipliner and running to the other side and pushing the next person off. The people working there seemed a little stressed having to do this and I know that there was a small injury that happened with one zip liner on a platform manned by only one person. At one platform, the worker yawned and I asked if he was tired and he said he had worked a month in a row without a day off. The people who worked there were all super nice and friendly and were sweet to the kids but it seemed that they couldn't be completely attentive because of the staffing/customer ratio (it's a management issue). All in all ziplining was definitely a highlight, and I would go to Eco Glide again BUT they should ease up on their numbers as I wouldn't go during a busy time.

Steal - We were robbed here!!! They sold us an Arenal Volcano ticket and didn't explain that it was only valid for one of the parks and it wasn't what we wanted. We tried to return the ticket and get our money back, but they didn't give it back because they said they had already booked our ticket!! That's a lie!! We were robbed!
