A lovely afternoon spotting animals - Had a lovely walk through the forest. Within the first 10 minutes, saw capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys and sloths. Would not have seen any without the guide. A very peaceful walk!

Best experience with animals - Very good experience! The guide is more than useful and helps you find the monkeys and take great pictures. There is a lot of other animals there.

Great tour recommended to everyone - Probably my favorite tour in La fortuna, had David and Javier as our tour guides and they showed us every animal we wanted to see definitely recommending to everyone back home

Best day in Costa Rica. - Wonderful day. So many types of brightly colored birds, most of which I would’ve missed except for my wonderful guide. I used the Merlin bird song app, but my guide identified the sound before the app, and was amazing at finding them among all the trees and dense foliage. Saw a sloth with a baby, tons of coatimundis, and my favorite, the monkeys! Capuchins all around and several really close. The guides carry a huge telescope, so even when the animals aren’t close, they aim it for you and even can take pictures through it for you.
If I could stay here longer, I would go back every single day. The trail is flat. The forest is beautiful.

It was absolutely incredible! Our guide welcomed us so warmly. Even though we were the only ones booked for that time, the tour still went ahead. He took us through the jungle, showed us so many animals, and spoke about each one in such an interesting way. He even helped us take photos and videos through his spotting scope. Highly recommended! It was an unforgettable adventure. We saw snakes, sloths (including a pregnant female and a mother with her baby), an owl, many kinds of monkeys, and many other animals!

Monkey Park - We look at many animals like white-faced monkeys, a sloth, spiders, a snake. We went alone but with a guide we saw more. I like that here animals are free and how they take care of the road

Amazing! - best places to try to see animals! you can choose to do a self guide or tour guide both options you’ll see an animal regardless. i saw a money, frog, sloth, spider and more! i loved it here compared to other places!

Beautiful flora and fauna, knowledgeable guide. - Enjoyed the sights and sounds of the forest. We were able to see many monkeys, other flora and incredibly diverse fauna. Julio is an exceptional and versed guide. We were amazed at his eagle eye in spotting various fauna hidden within the leaves and vines! He shared interesting facts and history. We had a wonderful snack/light meal after the tour with fresh squeezed local fruits. You won’t be disappointed with his guidance and easy nature. Thank you, Julio!

Energetic and friendly guide David. - David was very knowledgeable and able to manage a multigenerational tour at night. He tried very hard to find us as many animals and educate us on all things in the rainforest. We had a wonderful experience with him.
