Very disappointing - Due to an accident, we would arrive a couple of minutes later. We communicate this to our tourguide: no respons. We arrived 4 minutes to late, but the parkinglot was very crowded, so we could not find our tourguide. We send another test how to find them: again no respons. They left without us. After a couple ours (still no message), we send a message to the helpdesk, because we want our money back. This is not possible they said. We think its bad service and onacceptable we did not get our money back.
