Perfect Date Night - Fun Cat Sailing adventures is certainly your best choice for a cruise on San Diego Bay. As soon as we booked our cruise I knew we were in good hands with Captain Ryan. The comunication was clear and detailed we met up at the dock and headed down to the boat, a sleek and beautiful craft. Nothing compares to zipping across the bay under sail calm and realxed with just the sound of the waves against the hull. The Catamaran is the perfect way to experience San Diego with a glass of wine in your hand and the wind at your back safe in the experienced hands of Captain Ryan. He knew the bay like the back of his hand and knew exactly where the best wind and weather would be in the microclimates of the bay. Not only was he a skilled sailor he was also an exclent photographer and could adjust the rudder to line us up with perfect golden hour lighting as he took numerous pics for us. He even answered all my numerous questions and taught me the basics of sailing. I could not have asked for a better evening. Perfect for a special occasion or just date night!

Wind; Water; Wisdom; Journey with Mr Wild, - Dear Mr. Wild, Time, in its quiet and steadfast march, unfolds into moments that reveal the measure of a life well lived. Among those moments are stories not written in ink, but in the movement of water and the rhythm of wind, stories such as yours, told from the helm of a catamaran sailboat, carried across the sea and the bay by the hand of nature itself. To sail is no idle pursuit. It is the art of listening to the wind, the waves, and the wisdom they offer, much like you explained to me with all the questions I had in my extended travels out for LA Fleet Week. It is the science of discipline and the soul’s yearning for freedom. For many years, I have longed to take part in that great communion between man and the elements, to test the wind, to read its course and strength, and to steer by instinct more than instrument. In many ways, sailing is like an open-book test written by the Almighty—where every gust of wind poses a question, and each adjustment of the sail provides an answer. Even a slight misalignment of six degrees can mean losing the wind’s direction. You have met every challenge in welcoming visitors to the San Diego Bay. Not only have you absorbed the wisdom of those who came before you, but you now pass that invaluable knowledge on to others and in my opinion have earned the title of captain. San Diego Bay, California is a place graced with sun, with salt air, and with a spirit of welcome that echoes the familiar kindness of my own home. In Iowa, we believe in decency, in warmth, and in neighborly goodwill, which are the qualities you hold whether at the helm of your vessel or in the manner of your speech. Your understanding of the sea and the bay is not limited to direction and depth, but extends to duty and responsibility. You are known and respected by those who patrol the waters. You are trusted by the Coast Guard and the state, not for the title and tours you offer to see the naval vessel but for the way in which you bear it with integrity and great care. I am reminded of my great-grandfather, a man of the sea who once navigated the waters near Panama and Jamaica and lived his life as you do: ever open to adventure, yet ever grounded in principle. And so I say this to leave my comments in review, without hesitation, that any man or woman seeking not merely a pleasant journey but a deeper understanding of life upon the water, would be well served in your company. To sail with you, Mr. Wild, is to enter into a living story: a story written not in haste but with reverence, by wind, water and wisdom guided by the steady hand of a true sailor. Thanks sir for a great adventure!

Amazing Sunset Experience! - Such an amazing and unique experience! My boyfriend and I are interested in sailing so Ryan taught us all about it! All while taking amazing romantic sunset photos of us enjoying our sunset wine. Definitely one of our best date so far(5yrs)! Ryan gave us the tour of San Diego's huge bay in record time with the silence of the rad sailboat. We had plenty of time to take photos and relax while our captain steered us into the best time. 100% would recommend this 👌 👏

Pleasant night on the water - Captain Ryan is a very skilled, knowledgeable sailor and made the sunset cruise around the harbor a wonderfully pleasant experience. We never needed to use the motor outside of docking/undocking, so conversation with my partner and the other passengers was flowed easily. Some complimentary wine, beer, and water was provided, as well as warm blankets, which was much appreciated as it gets quite chilly on the water as the sun goes down. Small group size is perfect for a romantic evening. Price is very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this experience to others.

Lovely sunset sail - We had a lovely time on the sunset sail! There were 5 of us on the trip including ourselves. Our captain was Matt. It was a relaxing sail in the bay and we enjoyed our drinks and the company of Matt and the others aboard. Matt did all the work and we just enjoyed the views of the Dan Diego waterfront. Highly recommended!

Amazing! Do it! Sign Up! - We had an amazing catamaran cruise with Captain Ryan! He was such a great host and captain. We ended up rescheduling because of rain, and pivoted from a sunset cruise to a morning cruise and it was heavenly, the most relaxed part of our weekend! Highly recommend for family, friends, or a special date night!!!
