Mina was our tour guide and there was only two of us but she was an awesome guide. She was fun and entertaining. Told great stories and also showed us some good pictures.

I had a tour reservation yesterday, 8.8.25 at 8 pm. It turned out to be canceled, about what I only found out at 8 pm standing at the meeting point with nobody around. Voicemail, which arrived only about an hour before my scheduled tour, said “ your tour is canceled, you may come at 9 pm tour if you want ….“. I called back - nobody answered, I left a voicemail ( nobody called back, 3 days passed), decided to come for 9. When I arrived at 9 at the meeting point - heritage park sign - there’s was nobody around again. I waited until 9:10 pm and left. Wasted nearly half a day on the whole thing - resulting in me standing alone in darkness. So minimum what I was requesting is a refund. Sent an email with a request - no response. Calling their number - nobody picks up.Total scam. Should be minus 5 stars rate from me - but since it’s impossible - 1 you have got.

Although our guide had some entertaining stories, and she did well with what she had, we didn’t realize that we would not go into a single venue. In addition to not entering any venues, we didn’t even walk past half of the places she spoke about. The entire tour amounted to walking less than one block and seeing three locations. For the price, I thought it was Significantly overpriced for very little experienced. Unfortunately, I would not recommend these tours to anyone. My husband and I have done other ghost tours in other towns with other companies and never have had an experience like this. We paid to bring our children and my mother-in-law along so unfortunately we considered it a waste of the $150+.

Although the leader was welcoming and had her speech memorized well, the tour was not what we wanted nor expected. Because of past tour experiences in other cities, we expected a tour at least partially by bus to relieve our aching feet. We were disappointed that the tour didn’t include the interior of any of the buildings, and walking would be preferable to the excessive amount of time spent standing. Again, our dissatisfaction is not the leader’s fault, but the structure of the tour itself.
