At VIK, the culinary philosophy centers on fresh, local, seasonal, and agroecological ingredients. This gastronomic adventure begins in their organic garden, where they harvest according to the season, incorporating these elements into their menu.

• VINA VIK Winery - At 16:00 hrs, guests can enjoy the exclusive VIK EXPERIENCE.
  Visitors are invited to explore Millahue, “the place of gold,” in the Cachapoal Valley, home to the extraordinary winery designed by architect Smiljan Radic in collaboration with Alex and Carrie Vik.
  The experience includes a glass of Milla Cala, a glass of La Piu Belle red, a glass of their iconic wine, VIK, and 2 barrel varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere).
