Varied review - Visited on a Saturday night and it was quite empty which was surprising. It was also a bit odd for a Hard Rock as it was quite bright and there was no rock music playing; the TV was playing pop music videos. It just didn't have the same vibe as other Hard Rocks. We noticed a few tables were having some issues which didn't bode well but the burger I ordered was tasty and the ribeye steak that my husband had was apparently very nice. Service was a bit slow. It took a while for our drinks to come and I had to ask twice for some sauce; it looked like the first time I asked it went to the wrong table… Overall a nice meal but not as it should be.

Is it actually a hard rock cafe? - Food and service was decent and would have no complaints if it was a normal restaurant. However, for it to have the hard rock cafe name, I would expect it to match the hard rock cafe vibe and environment to justify the price tag. Other than the gift shop and the names on the menus, the link to hard rock cafe is gone. Having visited hard rock cafes around the world the vibe here is completely missing. Needs to be looked at by management and changes needed.

Worth Eating At! - I loved my experience at the Hard Rock. The food was delicious. My server was fantastic. It had exactly what I wanted to eat at that moment. I have not been to a Hard Rock Cafe in a while so this one by far has the least amount of memorabilia that I have been to. I am not sure if that is harder to come by but the music playing in the background made for a wonderful atmosphere. My reason for review is that my New York Strip was undercooked so I was not able to eat all of it but it was flavorful. I would recommend coming here.

Not the Best Hard Rock but not the worst - Visited many Hard Rock Cafes in different countries this is not worst but clearly not the best. The portions were on the small side and the food was not hottest. Not a Hard Rock I would visit again if I was a local

No vibe present, to gruff staff who want to rip you - This hard rock cafe doesn't fit the chain's range. Nothing hard rock, except a video wall with the classic old songs. Service substandard and surly, moreover they try to sell you the glasses on the bill without mentioning that they are yours. Only scoring hard rock so far.
