We picked because of the high rating and this being a 2 hour tour to see the highlights. We wanted to see two things: Lombard street and the painted ladies. After three hours going around the city in the worst routes (we were watching on our GPS and decided our driver didn’t know how to get places) we didn’t see Lombard Street or the painted ladies. We wish we had had a different tour guide. But, we thought this was terrible. We are from Chicago and know how to navigate cities, and she did an awful job. Use your GPS! and play music!
