Beautiful Tour - Great experience to learn about the Bay Area . Commentators was great in explaining the history of the bridges and alcatraz

Beautiful Bay cruise - We enjoyed the lovely 1 hour cruise to both bridges and around Alcatraz. The audio gave great information about those 3 landmarks as well as the wharf and shoreline. Easy to book online! Arrive early and enjoy watching the sea lions while enjoying some ce cream!

Fun boat cruise around the bay - Such a fun cruise around the bay. Was better than I expected. The 60 minute cruise covers a lot of water way. Out to Golden Gate Bridge, around Alcatraz and to the Bay Bridge. Really fun casual boat tour and super affordable for the experience. Would do it again when I am back in town.

SF 1 Hour Bay Cruise - Great tour of SF Bay. The onboard narration described everything you were seeing. It was such a dramatic view to see the city from the water. Be sure to sit outside in the top deck. Highly recommend!

Good experience - Good experience seeing Alcatraz and Golden Gate Bridge departed and arrived on time! Wish the weather would be a bit sunny

The experience was poor;... - The experience was poor; it felt too crowded, the windows were very dirty, and the boat was not well-maintained.

Only the gal at the bar made the experience worth the hassle and treatment. - There was no one controlling the line nor anything indicating where the line(s) were. There was a bunch of people just standing and an available person at the window so we went up then the people standing said there was one line. I said “there is one line per window. That’s how it’s done here” then when I went to the ticket person I asked to verify and she looked dumbfounded. Like she had zero clue what I was talking about. I was with my family 3 adults and a child at the window. I asked about a military discount. She said yes. Then I asked if she got my kid, which she didn’t. I paid again for him. Then as I was walking away, I noticed she didn’t get the other two adults that were standing with me. She said I didn’t tell her but we were all standing together at the window. She could’ve had at least enough common sense to have asked to verify the party size. The staff for the photos didn’t know anything about if there was priority boarding for those with a disability. I get they work for the photos didn’t company, but they should know if that option is available. I’m not going to go back and stand in the line to ask that question. I finally got to a competent worker and asked them and he let me and my family out of the line and had us sit by the gate for priority boarding. I’m a disabled veteran and my son has autism. The guy was hesitant at first cause he said the priority was for those in wheelchairs. Then I asked about veterans and he let us out of the line. The rest of the tour was good. The gal at the snack bar gave me a military discount. She was very accommodating and friendly.
