Fascinating Chinatown tour - Ted B was terrific guide! Very knowledgeable with iPad visual aids, loads of historical background.. fascinating stuff in addition to generous food offerings! Filling for your tummy & your mind!

Oh ma gawd!!!! - Wish I could give this TEN stars. Ed B was an exceptional tour guide (I'm guessing all of their tour guides are carefully chosen), and the surprise was that this wasn't "just" about the food. Blown away at the real story of Chinatown...wowed by the food. And the food! He warned us to pace ourselves, and was right. None of the restaurants "skimped" on quality or quantity. HIGHLY recommend. Wish I had taken photos ;/

A Perfect Staycation Activity - Our group spent the day with Jinny P. who was the perfect guide for this tour. Her knowledge of Chinatown’s history, art, and culture paired with the delicious array of dishes we sampled made for a perfect day in San Francisco. We live in the East Bay and have been to Chinatown a few times before but now see it with new appreciation. Jinny even suggested additional activities we could do after our tour concluded and followed up with a text with a reading list since many of us were interested in learning more about Chinatown’s past and it’s relevance to California’s history. Being immersed in the bustling Chinatown scene almost felt like we had taken a trip without ever leaving home.

Excellent Food and History Tour - Andre is great, full of enthusiasm and “little known” facts, almost all of which are probably true. There are many excellent stops with food samples and tastings ranging from dim sum to fudge and pizza. My fervent suggestion is that the tour provide headphones for clients and a transmitter for the guide so that clients don’t miss the guide’s banter. Definitely a very worthwhile tour and more than worth the price.

A delicious journey through Chinatown - This was one of the best gifts we got for Christmas! Jinny was obviously incredibly knowledgeable about Chinatown, and the varieties of food available there. We were a small group, which was a delight in itself, and visited six or seven establishments. The food was out of this world, and we learned so much about the history of Chinatown.

Amazing experience - We took the walking tour of Chinatown with Ted B and it was an amazing experience! He was so knowledgeable about the history of the neighborhood and how it evolved into its current form. And, of course, the food was amazing at every stop! We were able to try many more places than we would have been able to try on our own with 48 hours in SF. Highly recommend!

Insightful and filling food tour! - Michael was an excellent tour guide who provided some great insights as to the history of Chinatown and San Francisco in general. The tour did not disappoint in the quantity and quality of the food that we had even though some of the regular stops were closed for an unexpected vacation. Highly recommend this food tour!

Nice and tasty. - Have a nice tour with Jinny. Enthusiastic lady with great knowledge of Chinatown. Got a lot of fun facts and tips. Tasty and very much food. Maybe even a bit too much/heavy on the limited time.
