Bay views and bites - Fisherman's Wharf is a neighborhood and popular tourist attraction in San Francisco, California, United States. It roughly encompasses the northern waterfront area of San Francisco from Ghirardelli Square or Van Ness Avenue east to Pier 35 or Kearny Street. The F Market streetcar runs through the area, the Powell / Hyde cable car used to line runs to Aquatic Park, at the edge of Fisherman's Wharf, and the Powell / Mason cable car line runs a few blocks away in the past.

Marcy is an an incredible guide - prepare to delight your tastebuds! - I joined the Stretchy Pants Food Tour through Fisherman's Wharf with friends. The tour was led by Marcy. She was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing more than just great spots to eat, but explaining the history of the area as well. As a recent transplant to the Bay Area, I was so excited to be a tourist in my own city and learn about some hidden gems at the Wharf. My favorite part of the tour was stopping by a family-owned seafood market and looking at the fresh Dungeness crab and then to a local honey retailer to sample local nectar - truly a can't miss! You should definitely bring your stretchy pants for this one - Absolute blast!

Tourist in your own city! - It's always great to be a tourist in your own city, especially with folks that really put in the time to show you things you didn't realize were there. My wife and I had such an amazing time on the Fisherman's Wharf food tour! Our tour guide, Marcy was great at showing us around the various sites and yummy food! Would certainly recommend for folks that are brand new to SF or are looking into the not so touristy tourist destinations in the City!

Fun for tourists and locals alike - My partner and I took this tour, and really enjoyed learning about the history of this area while also eating a lot of delicious food! Even though we've been living in SF for over five years, we enjoyed taking this tour through a more tourist-y area and finding hidden, worthwhile gems along the way. A non-food highlight was walking around the Musee Mecanique and dropping quarters into old-timey machines, and a food highlight was trying out some of the foods at Pier 39 (which I typically have avoided, because I don't know what's overpriced/geared towards tourists vs. actually good food). We left the tour feeling really satisfied with all the food we got to eat, and also with a newfound appreciation for an area of the city we don't often visit.

Fun SF Food Tour! - My husband and I had such an amazing time on the Fisherman's Wharf food tour! Not only did we get to try some quintessential SF dishes, we learned a lot about the history of Wharf and Pier 39. Marcy was an excellent guide and we would highly recommend this fun and educational tour to anyone visiting San Francisco or even folks who want to be a tourist in their own city!

Great Food & History Tour - Great time with Stretchy Pants visiting Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. Learned so much about the history of San Francisco, chocolate, sourdough bread, cioppino, chowder and so much more. We got to see a lot of hidden gems in 3 hours and I enjoyed the storytelling immensely. Left full and in good spirits. Would definitely go on another one with them.

This company knows how to treat their customers well and create a memorable experience. Thumbs up. - Walking Tour Review: San Francisco's Fisherman’s Wharf I did this tour with my friend and there were two other people in our group. At every step of the way we felt as if the tour guide turned our walk into something special. When we stopped at Ghiradelli Square and we were reading about the history she brought to us and placed in our hands rich, delicious cups of hot chocolate with whip cream. Even though I had been to Fisherman's Wharf before, she showed me places I had never heard of or knew existed. We stopped for Fish and Chips at a little hidden eatery and then she picked up some Boudin Bread which we nibbled on shortly before being presented with a large bowl of delicious clam chowder. And that is only touching on a piece of the trip. Overall we had a wonderful afternoon and the time flew by. My one complaint would be that they probably served us too much food. But then again I suppose I did not have to eat every bite of every serving. It's just soo good!

A very fun tour for visitors and locals! - This was easily the best walking tour I've had in the City! Robin was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind! My 12 year old nephew and I did the new Wharf/Pier 39 tour and Robin didn't miss a beat. From Ghirardelli, to a museum, fish tacos, clam chowder, local crab tour, an arcade and other amazing adventures, this 3 hour tour went by too fast! I've lived here for over 12 years and learned so much that day! Thank you Stretchy Pants!! Can't wait to check out the ghost tour!
