• San Francisco - Departure from San Francisco: 9am at the Green Tortoise meeting point & 9:15am at the Union Square meeting point. After collecting guests, the journey will head 1.5 hours south to Henry Cowell Redwoods.
• Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park - Stroll among the towering coastal redwoods and discover the wonders of California’s endangered ancient forests.
• Santa Cruz - A 30-minute drive from Henry Cowell leads to Santa Cruz.
• Santa Cruz - Guests will enjoy 4 hours of leisure time to explore the stunning Santa Cruz. Drop-off will be at Santa Cruz Wharf, where they can spend the day at the beach, rent a surfboard or paddleboard from a nearby rental shop, embark on a scenic coastal walk to view natural bridges and tide pools, ride California’s oldest roller coaster at its oldest amusement park, and much more! Although the time in Santa Cruz is self-guided, staff are available to answer questions at drop-off.
• San Francisco - Return to San Francisco: The 2-hour drive back will take the scenic route along California Coastal Highway 1.
