I’m Katia and alongside my uncle Fulvio, we manage a Tuscan cooking experience in our ancestral farmhouse. We’re located 4 km away from the beautiful town of San Gimignano. Our goal is to not only teach you to prepare an authentic Tuscan meal but also educate you about its unique flavors. The meal you create here will represent a celebration and an unforgettable time spent with a traditional Tuscan family.
We’ll guide you through making an array of classic Tuscan appetizers, followed by primi piatti. In addition, we’ll help you craft homemade pasta, two distinct pasta sauces, and a secondary meat course.
