The guide will introduce visitors to Biodynamic Agriculture, a method that views the entire farm as a living organism, aiming to create a harmonious and balanced ecosystem. Guests will also tour the cow shed and goat sheepfold. The visit concludes with a delightful tasting of their healthy cheese creations.
• San Gimignano - A guided tour will provide insights into this medieval treasure, known as the “Medieval Manhattan” for its numerous, well-preserved medieval towers. There will be free time to explore the narrow streets and shop. For those feeling hungry, a stop at Dondoli, a World Gelato Championship winner, is recommended to enjoy its delicious gelato made with fresh milk from the recently visited farmhouse (gelato not included).
