Amazing experience in Cajon del Maipo - Very positive and pleasant experience. The place is beautiful and the guide Bélen and the driver Marcelo passed us a lot of relevant information, very careful and a lot of attention. They're excellent professionals. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent trip with family - We went on the guided tour by Valentina and the driver Javier, they were excellent, attentive, kind, gave all comfort and support needed. The guide demonstrated a lot of knowledge and helped with the photos. At all times they did more than expected. I highly recommend!!! Congratulations for the work and lots of happiness!!! ✨ ♥ 😊

Tour Morande - Cajón del Maipo e reservatório El Yeso - Very nice walk. Guia Fabián told us stories about the local indigenous peoples, highlighted the importance of preserving nature, gave us safety tips and presented curiosities throughout the tour. Positive point also to Jorge, the driver of Morande, who took us and brought us safely (a pretty winding track) and was very cordial.

Lack of focus on the main attraction and look from the guide to experience itself. - The driver Guti (who we went to other tours with) very polite, friendly and with safe driving. The walk itself does not value the place. With 1h stop at breakfast, 2h stop at lunch, Chocolate House (expensive and delicious), stop for toast/picnic (meat and other drinks and fruits, only). In Embalse El Yeso, we didn't even stay 30min. Already at the El yeso jump, we were initially taken to the bathroom, a group with 85% women and a bathroom. Until then, it's not Enterprise's fault. But when 3 or 4 people left, the guide Micaela led them to the Salto El Yeso trail and left everyone else behind. When my husband, me and the other women from another little group finished and went on account until the start of the track, the guide said it was better not to go down because we only had 10 minutes. TIME FOR 6 PEOPLE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM. We asked about the next stop and said it was already lunch, it was 10:35h. A girl from the group told me that there would be a picnic with toast first. I went back to the guide to check and she then confirmed. I asked if I could use the time of the toast and picnic to make the little trail and clearly not satisfied said that yes, but that we would lose the toast and that "if we didn't come back in time......." Finally, careless with the expectations of customers and with the organization of times in each location. Other tours with the same Enterprise and other guides become different
