This was our first time... - This was our first time using Epic Transportation and I’m happy with the service they provided us. They picked us up from the airport, and brought us back after our resort stay was complete. They were on time on both occasions and communicated with us very well via the Viator app to confirm pickup times and exact locations. I would definitely consider using their service again the next time we visit Cabo.

Good way to get to the resort an back - Initial information provided by the company concerning the initial meeting place was very helpful.Beware when they say do not talk to anyone on the way out of the airport! I asked for directions, thought I was getting them and next thing I knew I was being pushed to see a timeshare! The door to the outside is behind the big pillar so difficult to see. Transportation was timely-even early when they picked us up at the airport. Vehicles were good. My only complaint-I booked for private tour (or at least I thought I did) and they had it as shared. Luckily they did provide a private ride to our resort and on the way back to the airport we were the last picked up so didn’t have any other stops. The drivers are all courtesy

Excellent staff, not great pre-trip communication - Firstly, our driver and representative at the airport that we spoke to at the meeting spot were amazing. The ride itself in the shuttle was great because of our driver who was so fun to talk to and gave us tons of local insights. Both lovely people and super helpful. Unfortunately leading up to meeting them, there were communication issues from the company. We never heard from anyone after booking the ride a week in advance. We knew that was weird so we reached out to the phone number tripadvisor provided multiple times via text and call - no responses. We ultimately decided to just wait and see what happens at the airport and worst case we could take a taxi instead. Sure enough, we go to the meeting spot at the airport and we are not on the list. We paid in advance and have the tripadvisor booking confirmation and ticket and everything so it is strange, but we had a feeling something went wrong due to the silence before. Luckily, the representative was kind and added us to the list so we could join a shuttle group in 35 minutes. We waited at the airport outdoor bar. The shuttle was completely full so it was a bit uncomfortable to sit in the back squished, plus we were staying in San Jose del Cabo and everyone else was in Cabo San Lucas, so we spent an hour riding around for those drop offs. There is a ton of traffic due to construction. Once everyone else got dropped off, it was just us and the driver for another hour approximately to get back over to San Jose del Cabo. Ultimately we did arrive about 2 hours later than we thought we would as the airport was originally not far from our accommodation. Having said all that - we did genuinely enjoy talking to our driver all that time and he was delightful and telling us about local sights and things. We made sure to tip him. This was our experience! I would recommend this company, but if you don’t hear back confirmation from an actual person before your trip, maybe cancel and try again to make sure you’re on the list and the itinerary makes sense! Based on all this, they also may need to update the contact phone number so it is easier to resolve issues like this.

No Need To Have Delayed Airport Pickup - Flight arrived as scheduled at 0835. However, we had to wait for over an hour for transportation to arrive. There should have been NO reason to have to wait that long, because the airport arrival area was empty. What is the point to include my flight arrival time if your are NOT going to have transportation either waiting on us or shortly after our arrival. There is literally minimal travelers that arrive in SJD airport that early. But I left 3 stars, as the representative was able to arrange a private auto after realizing that we were upset by the lengthy delay.

Dropped off at wrong hotel - Vehicle for pick up was not there after the long time we spent in the airport. When we got checked in with them we were told we would have to wait 15 minutes. A half hour later we loaded into a van with others, as expected. However we were dropped off at the wrong hotel. I did explain to the driver that it was not the correct hotel and he insisted it was. Had to get the concierge to call the company and get a new driver. They said they would be there to pick us up in 20 minutes. 35 minutes later the new driver showed up. He was so pleasant and apologized over and over. Took us another half hour to get to our hotel. Just hoping they remember to pick us up when we have to go back to the airport.
