After passing through customs and immigration and retrieving your luggage, kindly proceed to Umbrella #10 outside the airport terminal. Our Epic team will be there to welcome you.

To confirm your return transfer time, please contact 624-124-0220 between 9 AM and 6 PM, at least 24 hours before your departure. After a maximum wait of 30 minutes, you will be on your way to your hotel, condo, or villa in one of our new, air-conditioned vehicles with a certified bilingual driver.

On your departure day, please be at the Lobby Exit at the time provided by our office at 624-124-0220. Your driver, holding an EPIC sign, will be there to greet you. Please be punctual—we always aim to be on time.
