Great Cooking Class! - i had a great time at the cooking class. They showed great reverence for some traditional food techniques and used clay pot cooking, traditional coffee in a clay coffee pot and traditional charcoal cooking. It was the first time that I had worked with cactus and their unique way of preparing portobello mushrooms. And they made a great gluten free cornbread dessert. I have been at a number of cooking schools in Mexico and this was my favorite!!
