Monteverde (Sky Park Adventure)
Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve - Sky Adventures Monteverde Park is situated in one of the world’s most renowned and magnificent cloud forests. Located in the high mountains of the Puntarenas province, Monteverde’s high altitude, ranging from 1200m (3940 ft) to 1750m (5740 ft) above sea level, contributes to its variable climate and exceptional biodiversity. This is why Monteverde is celebrated as one of the world’s most outstanding wildlife sanctuaries. The diverse ecosystem includes over 2,500 plant species, more than 100 mammal species, over 400 bird species, 120 reptilian and amphibian species, and thousands of insects, creating a world of its own. Sky Adventures Monteverde Park, the first of its kind in Costa Rica, opened in 1997. The park’s founders aimed to offer visitors the opportunity to experience the cloud forest’s richness and discover its wonders. Visitors can explore the area’s biodiversity, enjoy the heights, explore treetops, and learn about this incredible destination.

Manuel Antonio is a gem on the Pacific Coast, home to one of the world’s top beaches within Manuel Antonio National Park. Although one of Costa Rica’s smallest parks, it is the most visited due to its diverse wildlife, featuring 109 mammal species and 184 bird species.
Located just south of Quepos on the Pacific Coast, 132 km from San José, the park is popular for its expansive white sand beaches backed by an evergreen forest that reaches the high tide line. The town of Manuel Antonio is small but offers several secluded hotels and luxury vacation rentals. Visitors can enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables from the “feria” (weekly market), indulge in a five-star meal at various restaurants, hire a private chef, or mingle with locals by enjoying a “casado” (typical Costa Rican meal) at any of the “sodas” (small local restaurants).
Whether you are a wildlife enthusiast, adventure seeker, or simply want to relax on the beach, the range of activities is endless, and several tours are available to enhance your tropical paradise vacation.
