Everything was good, my only complaint is that we were playing the pinball machine inside the gift shop and was told to not play anymore games because they were going to close

The group is too big. There as a very large family in our group and they dominated the guide. It was physically impossible to get past them. The aesthetics were amazing but the history and story telling was mute to my husband and I. We did purchase the basement self guided tour and had a nice time on that because we were the only ones down there. Although not much info for the workings of that space.

Jim was our tour guide who said we could ask questions while walking between rooms, or if we were the first ones in the next room. But he very begrudgingly answered questions, and then only about half the questions.
Not a stellar tour guide.

Just disappointed that your guy’s website ask me if I wanted to do the basement tour and clicked on it figured it was added but when I went to go they told me I didn’t purchase it. So I just left took it as a sign I wasn’t meant to go
