10/10 - We had an amazing and super fun day! All of the stops were great and the views while we were driving were insane. None of the routes were very difficult so I wouldn’t worry if it’s your first time or you’re inexperienced. Also the guides are incredible so you are in very safe hands! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and very chilled, which meant we didn’t feel rushed at all and left learning a lot about Lake Atitlan. I would highly recommend this if you have the opportunity!

Hands Down the Best Thing to Do at Lake Atitlán - Simoon Tours + Nemy = Unforgettable Experience!!! - Simoon Tours absolutely delivered one of the most unforgettable experiences at Lake Atitlán. The San Juan
ATV tour was next level-perfect mix of adrenaline, culture, and unreal views. Riding through the mountains, local villages, and hidden spots around the lake felt like seeing the real Guatemala, not just the tourist version.
Huge shoutout to Nemy, our guide-honestly made the entire experience unforgettable. Super knowledgeable, easygoing, and made sure we felt safe while still having an amazing time. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does, and it shows in every detail of the tour. If you're coming to Atitlán and not booking this, you're missing out. Simoon Tours does it right. 10/10 experience, would do it again without hesitation.

Best ATV Tour Ever - My experience on the San Juan Mountain Tour was amazing!!! Our guide, Pedro, was phenomenal. He spoke fluent English and Spanish, was funny, safe, and kept the tour very entertaining! I highly recommend this tour to anyone, and request Pedro if possible!

Simoon! Tours - Lake Atitlán Mountain ATV Tour - We had an amazing time on the Simoon! Tours - Lake Atitlán Mountain ATV Tour. Our guide was incredibly friendly and flexible—he let us choose the order of stops and tailor the ride to what we wanted to see. We got a great feel for the different villages around the lake and even learned about the local bees, complete with honey tasting! The viewpoints overlooking Lake Atitlán were stunning, and our guide happily took tons of photos of us on the ATVs and at the scenic overlooks. A fun, informative, and beautifully scenic experience. Highly recommend!

Loved visiting the villages by ATV. - We loved this tour. I was actually expecting to be riding the ATVs on Mountain trails to get to the villages. But you are actually on the roads. So know that, if it’s a concern for you, before you book. I was pleasantly surprised by the trip. Our guide was great. We had no problems driving on the roads. And visiting each of the villages was amazing. We went to a couple places that I never would have known about. It made me want to go back and spend a couple days in each village to explore them more. I would highly recommend this tour.

Fun ATV experience - Great experience to check out all the view points on the opposite side of Panajachel. Our guide was fun, prioritized safety on the atvs and had good recommendations for other things to check out around the lake. Highly recommend this tour!

A Tour Guide who will treat you like family - We had an amazing experience with our tour guide Neemias, and what stood out most was his transparency and honesty from the very beginning. He clearly explained the entire tour itinerary, each stop, what to expect, and the timing — giving us a helpful heads-up so we could fully enjoy the experience without surprises.
We truly appreciated how flexible and accommodating he was. He made adjustments when needed and ensured everyone felt comfortable and included. His patience never wavered, and he took the time to answer all of our questions with incredible knowledge and insight.
Beyond being an excellent guide, he connected with us on a human level. We had meaningful conversations about life, culture, and personal experiences — it didn’t feel transactional at all. By the end of the tour, we felt less like customers and more like family.
If you’re looking for a guide who is honest, professional, flexible, and genuinely caring, Neemias is the one. We are so grateful for the experience and would absolutely book with him again!

Fun way to see so much - This was a really incredible way to experience so much in one tour! We not only got to ride and see the lake from all angles, but experience San Marcos + the nature reserve + swim (optional. dress accordingly!) + photo moments + cultural stops. The weaving and textile demonstration was really interesting. The honey and coffee “tours” were basically just gift shops, glad we did them as part of this instead of separately. We had a great time with our guide Yeshua. He taught us how to use the ATVs as beginners - seemed intimidating at first but was easy and so fun. He was also an amazing photographer. Would recommend!
