• San Juan Bay - After arriving at San Juan Bay Marina and meeting your host, they will prepare each participant. Once everyone is ready, you will receive a mandatory safety briefing, and then the boarding process will begin one at a time. We will then proceed with the tour.
• Laguna del Condado - Embark on an exciting eco-adventure aboard our innovative Chiliboats water bikes. Unlike the usual kayak or canoe excursions, our catamaran-style Chiliboats provide exceptional stability, comfort, and safety, making them perfect for all levels of experience.

Pedal through serene waters while enjoying breathtaking views of the city skyline and the surrounding natural beauty. The journey includes passing beneath four iconic bridges — Guillermo Esteves, El Ferrocarril, San Antonio, and Dos Hermanos — and getting a close look at the historic Fort San Jerónimo, a cultural and architectural treasure of Puerto Rico.

This daytime excursion offers a chance to explore the lagoon’s lively ecosystem in a peaceful and active manner — ideal for families, couples, and solo adventurers. With a bit of luck, you might catch sight of birds, fish, sea turtles, manatees, or other marine life in this stunning protected area.

• Punctual Departures: Arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early to ensure parking, comply with safety protocols, and complete the boarding process. We won’t be able to assist you if you arrive at or after the reserved time. Spaces are reserved for you, and arriving late will be considered a “No Show”. Reserved spaces won’t be reassigned, and the full fee will be charged.
• Weight Limits: The tour is conducted on a double Chiliboat. To ensure everyone’s safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 pounds, and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.
• Height Requirements: Minimum height: 4’6” (54 inches) (1.37 m), Maximum height: 6’5” (77 inches) (1.96 m).
• Prohibited Actions: Removing the life jacket, jumping into the water, and colliding with others. The person making the reservation is responsible for negligent damage to the unit or units. Smoking or consuming alcohol or drugs is not allowed. For your safety, that of other participants, and our staff, if we notice that someone is under the influence of the aforementioned substances, we will be forced to prohibit their participation in the activity. No refund will be provided.
• You must present identification and the credit card used for the reservation. Both must match for verification during confirmation. The person making the reservation is responsible for informing all their companions about the arrival time, requirements, and all pertinent information for the excursion.
• We reserve the right of admission.
