Thoroughly enjoyed this - Justin was an amazing tour guide! He was very accommodating to all persons in our group and very knowledgeable about the area and sights to see. He gave us great suggestions for our trip. All-around nice guy!

Great adventure! - We went on a group bike ride for my friend’s 40th birthday. There were 7 of us including the tour guide. Bryan was a phenomenal guide! He had great customer service, very hospitable, made sure we were safe and educated us on the surrounding areas. We took great photos. The scenery was beautiful! The ride was a bit of a workout if you are not very active but we stopped to take breaks every 5-10 mins. I really enjoyed this adventure. If you come, ask for Bryan!

Bike Tour - Our tour guy Edu was amazing he went above and beyond he showed us others areas on our tour. I can honestly say it was indeed a VIP tour experience. He showed us a lot of history areas and volunteered to take pictures of me and my daughter at different historic spots and then took a couple of breaks along the way. He was patient and not rushing at all.

Fun Experience - Our guide was highly knowledgeable and personable. We learned so much on our bike ride. He would warn us when we were coming to a hill but kept a great pace to follow along. I highly recommend checking them out! I would sign up again to do more sightseeing.

George the best guide ever! - George our guide was the best he was personable, friendly and made sure we were comfortable with the pace and stopped by all the best photo ops. He also made great recommendations for more activities on the island.

Not so good. - I know delays happen, but we waited an additional 30 minutes for the tour guide to arrive only to find out half way through the tour he was a stand-in. The regular tour guide was on vacation. Had we known this, we would not have gone on this tour. While our guide was nice and courteous, we learned very little about the history of Puerto Rico and Old San Juan. Had we know this we would have cancelled the tour. We could have just rented bikes and gone on our own.

Horrible experience! - Yesterday we went on this bike tour and it was the worst experience because of our tour guide. To add, the condition of the bike was horrible. Every time we went over a bump the seat would lower. Something was on the handles of the bike that we could not get off our hands. The tour guide went very very slow that it was very difficult to stay behind her keep the momentum. After going up a hill we asked to stop at the capital to take in the sights. She told us then we can go back. She could not share anything about the monuments or sights. She was able to tell us the building was the capital though. She rode right by the National Park and had nothing to share even though your site says a few stops will be made to see closely the architecture and monuments of the walled city. When we got to San Juan Park she said it was the end of the tour and that we will be heading back. We asked if she had information to share and she said the “houses were old”. She stopped many times to drink water even though she saw we did not have any. When heading back she rode very slowly behind us listening to music.We made our own stops to take photos and look up information as she could not answer any of our questions. We have taken many tours during our travels and this one was the worst because of the tour guide. We really should be refunded as this tour was not anything that was on the website. Again, the bikes were horrible along with the tour guide. This company needs to invest in new bikes and new employees!
