Kaleb was the best host... - Kaleb was the best host we could’ve asked for. He was beyond knowledgable about the terrain and how to best navigate it, helped us when needed. He took pictures and videos we’ll treasure for always, and gave the best food recommendations at the beach! 10/10 would recommend a tour with him!

Knees Beware! Book with Maria! - !!You need a moderate fitness level with good hand eye coordination and balance!! BRING SOCKS! Met at a hotel and were separated into 2 vans to embark on an hour ride in a van to El Yunque. They advise you to not bring any belongings, because it does get crowded near the waterfalls. Book early to avoid the crowds (I booked at 10am, I was able to do the slides before the lines got too long) You spend about 2 hours hiking and doing the waterfalls. There’s 2 water slides, a long one steep, and a shorter timid one. There’s also a rock to jump off of in the main lake. (The current is a little strong, especially if you’re not a strong swimmer) The guides (Maria was gem, book with her) do take videos and photos of you and send it a few hours afterwards. After leaving the rainforest, you’re taken to a beach. It’s not the NICEST beach, don’t expect white sands and blue waters. But you do get a choice of 2 authentic Puerto Rican finger foods. Regular food is for sale as well. Drinks are for sale as well (I paid $10 for a small mango mojito). Since I didn’t swim in the beach, there are plenty of little shops and bars along the strip so you can do some souvenir shopping. Overall it was a fun experience! I would do it again. My knees and elbows are bruised and scratched up, so definitely do your cute outfit and bikini pics before you book!

Waterslide tour - The tour was so much fun. The hike up to get to the waterfalls is very slippery; so you have to know that and be careful around the rocks. Our guide took a lot of photos of each person that was on the tour. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Great Experience!!! - This tour is an absolute MUST when visiting Puerto Rico! The waterslide was a little intimidating at first, but I’m so glad I went for it—it ended up being such a fun experience. I highly recommend wearing socks instead of water shoes or tennis shoes, as they provide much better grip during the hike. Overall, this was an amazing tour, and our guide was absolutely fantastic!

Super fun time and our... - Super fun time and our tour guide Ra was the best. We got to spend a lot of time at the waterfalls and still had extra time to spend at the beach afterwards. Highlight of the trip

Great but be prepared - My friend and I had done other outdoor water excursions before, but this one was different. The company and our tour guide Allison, was great, however, we are used to paths or trails being created/cleared to guide us to our destination. Be cautious that you will be climbing up and down large, slippery rocks. In terms of clothing, wear something swim-athletic, not cute. We wore outdoor shoes, but we discovered upon arrival that they recommend water shoes and socks. There were people who slipped and may have had bruises on their knees or feet, but no serious injuries. Just be prepared.

One and done - It was raining so we were asked to go on our tour from 8 am to 1030 am. This tour advertised “photos”. There was only 1 video and barely any photos taken of us and they were taken with a normal phone so quality was eh. Also it said “food” was included. We got 2 pieces of fried snacks, we were pointed to the drinks which I thought was also included, it wasn’t. I spent $16 on a mango mojito (that tasted straight like mango syrup) and a Coke Zero. The beach was meh also… Our tour guide tried their best to be fun but the whole tour just seemed like one big cluster.

Where are the photos? - The actual tour was nice, even though it was a bit odd to wear socks through the rainforest. My real complaint is that I never recieved the photos that our guide took of my group and I. We were told to leave phones behind so we did, but after the pictures were taken there was never any mention of how to recieve them. I would be happy to change my rating if I recieve those pictures, but for now I’m pretty unhappy. The guides were very friendly and kind, and I really liked our driver.

Never showed up, then lied about it. - Arrived at the pickup point identified in the listing and confirmation email 15 minutes early. Tour operator never showed up, there were 2 other tours picking up across the street from our pickup place; we checked with them, both confirmed they were NOT picking up for our tour. 11 minutes after our tour was supposed to pick up I contacted Trip Advisor CS. They confirmed my ticket and that I was at the right address. They checked with the tour operator who apparently just blew us off. First the operator said they could pick us up at 12 (really?!), then suddenly they were already at the pickup point (NOT TRUE, we were still there and had talked to every driver waiting in the area). After telling them I would not be hanging around for 2 hours waiting for them to decide to arrive, they finally agreed to refund my tickets. I am still waiting to find out how to get my parking refunded, since I wouldn’t have needed to park if I wasn’t taking the tour.
