A Must-Do Experience! - If you’re visiting Puerto Rico, the Old San Juan walking tour is an absolute must! Walking through the cobblestone streets feels like stepping back in time, surrounded by vibrant colonial buildings, historic forts, and breathtaking ocean views. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories about the city’s rich history, from Spanish rule to modern-day Puerto Rico. We explored iconic sites like Castillo San Felipe del Morro, Castillo de San Cristóbal, and the beautiful Paseo de la Princesa. The tour also included hidden gems, like quiet plazas and local eateries where we sampled delicious Puerto Rican treats. The pace was comfortable, with plenty of opportunities for photos and breaks in shaded areas. Whether you’re a history buff or just love exploring new cultures, this tour is an engaging way to experience Old San Juan’s charm. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!

Great! - Harry was excellent! Told us how to find him to start the tour, and gave everybody water. He was very knowledgeable & personable, and kept the pace moving with a few brief pauses inside key sites and at photo spots. He recounted the history of every site and monument we saw, recommended restaurants and other activities in the area, and tied it all together with major historical themes and current events. An excellent cursory introduction to Old San Juan & PR.

Lovely way to get to know the Old Town area. - Excellent tour of the Old City. The guide explained ancient history as well as current cultural happenings. Really enjoyed the walk, it was easy to keep up over steps and steep hills. Would not recommend for people with disabilities, strollers or children.

No satisfied , I wanted a refund back - 1- first I thought I am booking through Viator, it turned out I am booking through I venture company, if you book through I venture company directly its is 115$, Viator charges 15$ extra which is $130. 2- we have been told to come at 6.50 and meet at the ferry terminal. we woke up at 4.30 to be there at 6.50. Our tour guide came 40 minutes late at 7.30, and did not even explain why he was late, when asked. I texted and called the company many times before he came. 3- Tour guide was super nice but not professional at all, no communication were made, he did not explain what are the steps when we went from place to place, he does not speak English. He would say follow me. 3- on the itinerary was not clear, that once you arrive to Tamarindo Island, you will swim from the shore for a quite a while to arrive to the place where you can see the sea turtle and the coral, I have done many times snorkeling with different company where you get picked up by a small boat to go inside the sea and then you can jump to snorkel. I felt unsafe, so we ended up me and my two girls staying on the beach and not doing snorkeling. 4- Transportation was in a very bitten up bus. Too old and very dirty. 5- When we arrived to Flamingo beach, we were provided with picnic chairs and some beach chairs, all chairs were supper old and dirty. We were 14 participants with six beach chairs and the rest picnic chairs, that is hard to fold and very dirty. We had to carry out the chairs back and forth, from the bus to the beach, and back to the bus. 6- when we arrived to the ferry to go back, we had to wait so our tour guide get tickets for us to go on the ferry. 7- be aware the ferry tickets is only $4 to go back and forth Culebra island, you don’t need tickets to go to Tamarindo beach to snorkel and the admission fee to flamingo beach is only $8 and you can rent a clean new beach chair for 15$ only. 8- what tourist company do is they buy all the tickets for the ferry ahead of time so people can not find tickets on their own. and tourist people would be forced to pay $130 to go on the excursion through the tourist company because you can not find ferry tickets on your own. It is all sold out. 9- no pick up from the hotel which was clear on the flyer, so you need to pay $50 going there in the morning from Condado beach where we were staying and $80 on your way back because it is a pick time. 10- I have done many tours through Viator in the past, Spain, Amsterdam, Basel in Switzerland and were all amazing trips. This is was the worse one with very bad experience 11- and for that reason I want a refund back on my money. Zero satisfaction 12- I don’t recommend this trip to anyone.
