Fantastic experience- Zoe was a great guide! - Our tour guide Zoe was the absolute best! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Great driving and great experience. It was raining the day that we went but made it safely to the location. Zoe took the time to explain the balance of the rainforest and also provided light hearted humor. She took lots of pictures for us and made sure to send them to us. Would highly recommend and definitely book again for our next visit!

Amazing! - Absolutely worth the price! Everything was amazing. Jonathan our driver helped us feel safe on our way to and from the park and Andrea was so helpful and helped my friend and I come out of our shell and concur our fears of jumping and sliding down the rocks! Andrea made us feel welcome and hope if we ever decide to come back to El Yunque she will be our tour guide! Definitely recommend water shoes with extra support and close toed!

El Yunque - Amazing experience, our tour guide Andrea was so fun and friendly. Made the experience top tier. Our driver Johnathan was also great and showed us some good restaurants. The trails are slippery so bring the right shoes. You will get muddy and wet so also pack the right clothes

Amazing El Yunque Experience – Andrea the best of the best - If you’re lucky enough to have Andrea as your guide in El Yunque, you’re in for a truly unforgettable experience. She’s not just knowledgeable—she’s passionate, upbeat, patient, and made our entire group feel safe and energized from start to finish. Her love for the forest shows in every step, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time. Andrea absolutely deserves a raise. She managed a mixed group of different skill levels like a pro—offering encouragement, helping people feel confident, and keeping the vibe fun and lighthearted even during the more challenging parts of the trail. She was always attentive, made sure no one was left behind, and even offered to take awesome photos for everyone. Her energy made the tour 10 times better than it already was. Now for a few tips and tricks if you’re doing this hike: 1. Don’t be afraid to crouch down or hold onto rocks. Some parts of the trail are slippery, especially around the water. Andrea told us early on—get low, grab a rock if you need to, and don’t worry about looking silly. It’s about safety, and it helps a ton. 2. Wear the right clothes. No jeans! Come in shorts or activewear that dries fast. Most importantly—wear socks and sturdy shoes or swim shoes with grip. Your feet will get wet, and you’ll need good traction. Flip-flops are a huge mistake. 3. Do everything. Jump off the highest cliff (it’s safe, and Andrea will guide you), try the rope swing, and don’t skip the natural water slide. Even if you can’t swim well, you’ll float—just hold your breath, relax, and enjoy the water. Don’t miss out! 4. Bring a dry bag. You will get soaked. Protect your phone, wallet, and anything else you don’t want wet. Some people ignored this and regretted it. 5. Hydrate and bring a snack. It’s a good workout. Eat beforehand and bring a water bottle. You’ll be moving a lot and it’s humid—Andrea reminded us constantly to drink water. What makes Andrea stand out is her ability to connect with everyone. She makes people laugh, feel safe, and believe they can do things they never thought they would. Her guidance turned a great hike into something truly special. In short, book this tour and ask for Andrea if you can. She’s everything a guide should be and more. The hike is beautiful, the adventure is real, and with the right mindset (and the right shoes), you’ll have the time of your life. Thank you, Andrea—you made our trip to Puerto Rico something we’ll always remember. And to whoever’s in charge—give this woman a raise!

Best Tour Ever! - Highly recommend! Let’s start with Andrea. She was an absolute sweetheart. She kept us informed, kept us laughing and provided context on the rain forest. She motivated me and my friends to do the slide, and then for me the cliff jumping. 100% recommend Andrea as your guide!! Jonathan our bus driver was the best! He drove that bus with finesse and we got there in a timely manner. He also had the tunes going, much appreciated! Down to business ; the outfits. Do not go trying to be cute, you’ll be humbled. Wear water shoes and NO open toe shoes. Take a bikini but definitely advise spandex shorts and a sports bra. You’ll be getting in mud, going up big stairs, climbing walls, walking in the river - BE COMFORTABLE. 100% recommend taking this tour! Such a fun time and amazing memories with friends.

Amazing experience - Zoe was our tour guide and she made this experience very enjoyable and fun. I loved how she took the time to tell us about the rainforest and explain a little about the eco system and was able to answer any questions we had. I can tell she’s super passionate about what she does which made the experience even better. Had so much fun and worth it for sure. Wasn’t bad physically would say wear shoe you don’t care about and or water shoes. Also loved that they took videos and pictures for us throughout and we were able to capture the moment as well.
