• San Juan - Embark on an incredible journey as the guide picks up guests from their chosen hotel, resort, residence, or Airbnb in San Juan, Isla Verde, Condado, and Dorado. The tour is available from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm or from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. These times are carefully selected to avoid the crowds from larger tour groups, ensuring a more comfortable and safer experience.
• Charco Azul Canyon - The adventure kicks off upon arrival at Charco Azul, one of Puerto Rico’s most renowned natural wonders. Guests will enter the river and swim through pristine blue pools, navigating around towering limestone walls shaped over millennia. As the journey progresses deeper into the canyon, dramatic rock formations envelop the area, with the water reflecting vibrant turquoise and emerald hues. This is where sightseeing becomes a fully immersive experience.

For thrill-seekers, the cliff jumping area awaits. Adventurous participants can leap into the refreshing river below, with guidance and safety as a priority. Whether jumping or simply enjoying the view, the energy here is unforgettable.

The tour then moves to the Arenales cave system, where stunning stalactites and floating rocks create an almost otherworldly ambiance. The journey concludes at a breathtaking natural waterfall, an ideal spot to pause, take photos, and appreciate the grandeur of this remarkable landscape.

• Vega Baja - Optional Puerto Rican Culinary Stop:

To enhance the experience, guests have the option to visit a local Puerto Rican restaurant renowned for its authentic criollo cuisine.

• IMPORTANT: Our activity is designed for people between (10 and 70 years old) with good physical condition. You have to be able to walk by your own in uneven surfaces. For safety reasons, people who are overweight, have previous injuries, are pregnant, or have health problems are not allowed to participate. Evidence of age via license or birth certificate will be required to ensure compliance with these requirements. Furthermore, no exceptions or refunds will be made to those who fail to comply with these conditions.
• Participants must be physically capable of walking thru steep, rocky, muddy and uneven surfaces without assistance.
• This tour operates based weather and river conditions. In the event of poor weather, you will be offered an option to reschedule or refund.
• Use of lifejacket and helmet is mandatory.
• Tours Hacker reserves the right of admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following instructions, causing disruptions, or providing false information, such as lying about their age, the guide has the right to cancel their reservation at any moment. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. We prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all participants and expect honesty in all aspects of the booking process.
• Persons with the previously listed health restrictions cannot participate on the tour. No refunds will be authorized if a person neglects to read complete description and does not meet the safety requirements and limitations on the day of the tour.

• Personal Belongings Policy for the Excursion: At our Excursion, the safety and experience of our guests are our top priorities. Due to the nature of the activity—which involves hiking, water contact, and constant movement in a natural environment—we strongly recommend that participants do not bring any personal belongings unless absolutely necessary. While we do allow the use of prescription glasses for those who need them for vision, all other personal items should be left in a secure location before the excursion.
• Liability Waiver: Our company is NOT responsible for the loss, damage, or misplacement of any personal belongings during the excursion. We understand that the nature of the tour involves activities that may increase the risk of losing items, such as walking on uneven terrain, swimming in the river, sliding on rocks, and jumping into the water. If a participant chooses to bring personal items, they do so at their own risk. We will not be able to stop the excursion to search for lost items in the forest or river. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that everyone enjoys a worry-free experience.
