Fishies - Matt was our dive instructor and he was amazing!! We throughly enjoyed our time under water becoming one with the marine life! A lot of fishies and cool marine life to see under the ocean! Would 100% go again!!

10/10 - anthony was a great instructor! had lots of fun. we got to see multiple sea turtles, fish, and coral. would recommend for sure!

Our instructor Andrew was... - Our instructor Andrew was very knowledgeable and made the entire experience fun for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

First Time scuba diving - It was an amazing experience thanks to our tour Guide Areli. She was amazing and very attentive and very knowledgeable. Also an awesome person and your. I would recomm An experience with her as your tour guide! 😊

Scuba diving in San Juan - The pictures and videos were poor quality. We almost had a near drowning experience. Experience could’ve been better.

Very Disappointed - We were only in the water for less than 20 minutes due to late start when other 2 participants were late arriving and then because a rip tide warning caused life guard to order us out of water. Andrew was a wonderful instructor, but me and my sister feel that we are due a complete refund as we saw nothing except 15 to 20 minutes of cloudy water certainly no turtles or sea life 😥

Cancelled - Can't comment on the excursion as it was cancelled. Unfortunate, since I was really excited, tried to convert us to a snorkel trip instead for the same price and didn't feel like that was an equal value so we declined, waiting for refund.

Cancellation with wrong reason - The tour was cancelled 24 hours in advance on the grounds of bad weather. Since I had not read the message, we were there and I was able to convince myself that there were no weather problems and numerous dive groups were active. So questionable justification for the cancellation

Horrible - Tour was canceled at the last minute claiming bad visibility. They take your money when you purchase but then make you wait for a refund.

DON’T BOOK THEY ARE CURRENTLY NOT LICENSED AND KEEP TAKING RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLING. - We got cancelled on twice already and when the person called to cancel the reason didn’t match the reason in my email which I thought was weird and I questioned it. The text said visibility but the woman said dangerous water conditions. I was able to book with another company in the same area and they let me know that Try Scuba is not currently able to operate because their license was pulled in May and they continue to take reservations and then keep cancelling people the day before. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HOPING YOUR EXCURSION MAY HAPPEN! I called back and spoke with the woman who cancelled me twice and asked why they aren’t telling people the truth. She said she can only tell me to call my 3rd party vendor to get my refund. I reminder her she already told me I was getting a refund (and I also booked directly through them not a 3rd party!). She ran me off the phone after I told her what she was doing was not right. I then told her to go eff herself. When I originally booked Through a 3rd party I chose the wrong date and cancelled to redo it. As soon as I cancelled, Try Scuba called me directly late at night and offered me a discount if I booked over the phone on May 11, So I did. They haven’t been operating since 5/30. I should have gotten a call at that point so I could’ve gone elsewhere instead of scrambling for an excursion the last day of my vacation before the plane leaves. I told the woman on the phone today to go eff herself. Yes, I am that pissed. I will put a review up of the new location when we go. Many of the employees at Try Scuba are now working elsewhere. Viator and Get Your Guide need to remove this company for now. I am not the first poster regarding the cancellations.
