Great experience! Highly recommend! - Excellent service. Our driver Alberto was friendly and on time. Our local guide, Kenia, was so sweet. She spoke great English and was great company but still gave us time to be on our own. Our official guide through the pyramids, Suzanna, was very enthusiastic and lots of fun to be around and learn from. The cave restaurant was absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this tour. It was totally worth the price and experience. In fact, we actually received more than I thought.

Bad Ending to an Ok Tour - We did a private tour, and each of our guides (Susanna and Kenia) and our driver were awesome. This is not a reflection on them at all and they are the only reason I am rating any stars. There are some issues with this tour. First, the deceptive picture for the “cave breakfast”. It is not the cave pictured, which is a popular restaurant. The cave you are taken to is about 10 mins away from the pyramids in the middle of nowhere. Second, and mainly, please please please be careful with what you purchase at the shop they take you to at the end of the tour. I bought a “silver” bracelet for 3600 pesos and it has rusted within a week of buying it. I also purchased beaded bracelets as gifts and the dye from the fake stones rub off on the skin. I am so disappointed that this tour supports a charlatan shop that will literally steal money from the tourists who visit.
