- Cava dei Balestrieri - Located just steps from the cable car stop, this historic site initially functioned as a quarry in the late 19th century, providing materials for the restoration of the nearby Palazzo Pubblico. In 1935, architect Gino Zani proposed it as the site for a new Palazzo degli Uffici, but the project was abandoned after World War II bombings in 1944. Today, the remaining high base is part of the Monument to the Fallen.
- Palazzo Pubblico - Originally rebuilt in a neo-gothic style in 1894 by architect Francesco Azzurri on the foundations of the ancient “Magna Domus Communis,” it was restored in 1996 by architect Gae Aulenti. This is where the Captains Regent, the Great and General Council, the State Congress, and significant civil events are held.
- Basilica del Santo Marino - Constructed in the early 19th century on the site of a former Romanesque Pieve, it is adorned with statues and valuable paintings. The statue of San Marino, crafted by Adamo Tadolini, a favored student of Canova, stands prominently, and the high altar houses the urn with the saint’s relics.
- Orti Borghesi San Marino - Created by numismatist and naturalist Bartolomeo Borghesi, this serene green garden features a beautiful fountain. The outdoor terrace offers a stunning 360-degree view of the Romagna coast and the Marche inland, making it perfect for buffets.
- Guaita Tower - The first fortress of San Marino, dating back to before the 11th century, was expanded and renovated over time. It gained prominence in the 15th century during the war against the Malatesta of Rimini (1463), the last conflict involving San Marino citizens as allies of the dukes of Urbino and the Papacy. It served as the headquarters of the Guardia di Rocca in 1754 and functioned as a prison until 1975.
- Passo Delle Streghe - Crossing the Passo delle Streghe offers a unique and breathtaking view.
