Marvel at the Pyramids of Teotihuacán, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. The breathtaking panoramic views of this site will leave you in awe.
- A minimum of 2 passengers per booking are required.
- The weight must be reported in the moment of the reservation.
- Subject to weather conditions, which must be good to make the activity
- If tour is cancelled due to the weather, there will be given the option of reprogram for the next day.
- Wear comfortable shoes and clothes like: tennis, boots, flats, jeans, pants, shorts, sweatshirts. We do not recommend wearing skirts, dresses, high heels, or clothing that is tight prevents you from moving freely. Sandals are NOT allowed.
- The company won´t be responsible for any forgotten or lost items in our facilities or during the activity. We have lockers for keeping your personal belogings.
- The age considered of the minors is from 4 years to 12 years
- Children under 4 years or under 1.20 mts height

Loved it! - Absolutely incredible experience! My friends and I felt so safe the entire ride, it was smooth and slow. The crew was helpful and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an unforgettable day in CDMX!

Brilliant balloon ride with Sky - Perfect day. Everything was so well organized. Bus collection pickup and drop off without a hitch. Sky representative always on hand for any quiet. Check-in simple. Balloon ride everything you could hope for and safe. Lovely breakfast. Plenty of time at the site.
I would recommend that Sky include a safety overview before the ride

10/10 recommend! - This was such a great experience.
#1: pick up was smooth and easy.
#2: balloon set up felt surreal. So many balloons being inflated or starting take off from the surrounding area. Very photogenic
#3 they take professional pics and a a drone video of you that you can choose to purchase at the end. We bought the usb hoping there’s a few we like of ourselves.
#4 the balloon ride was serene. You do feel like you’re floating. Not scary at all.
#5 didn’t have to worry about breakfast or coffee. It is provided.
It was wonderful not to have transportation to and from the pyramids from the city.
We also stopped at an artisan shop near the pyramid entrance where I purchased some authentic silver jewelry and obsidian goods. They gave us a presentation on the history/use of the agave plant and local minerals by the indigenous peoples of the area
We did opt to have a tour guide when we got to the pyramids for 2000 pesos divided by the number of us (5). Which was well worth it. There isn’t information posted about Teotihuacán so having the guide was ideal.
The inclusiveness makes it very worth the price!

A must-do for everyone! - This was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I'm not going to leave long description of the splendid views, just what I wish I'd known in advance:
a) Even if you (I) don't speak a word of Spanish, the people are SO great! They will be patient and will make you feel comfortable - even if they don't speak a word of English! don't be afraid!
b) It's not cold up there: the flames are so strong that it's warm and cozy in the basket - but make sure to have a jacket for when you land as the mornings are chilly, and it's cooler on the ground than in the sky;
c) Don't be afraid of the landing - the pilots are professional, and the crew on the ground make sure to take good care of the smooth landing;
d) if you take the tour to the pyramids with them, beware that the prices in the souvenir store you stop by on the way are at least double those you will be at Teotihuacan or a liquor store (for tequila). However, the history lesson they give you is worth paying extra, if you can.
e) Do try pulque :-) And Tequila
f) If you take a package with transportation and visiting the Pyramids - you will be back to Mexico no sooner than 2:30-3:00 PM. Plan accordingly
g) Pilot Oscar is the best!

Magical experience! - I went with my mom from Guatemala, I made the reservation on Facebook and from that moment the attention was very good! They explained everything and then I made the payment, they asked me what hotel we were going to stay in and they brought us to the hotel.
A day earlier they wrote to me on whatsapp to ask if we were ready and to tell us what time they were going to come for us at the hotel. They're super punctual. Then we went to the balloonport, there we could have coffee (you could choose any type of coffee) and cupcakes. Then we were assigned to the Titan balloon! our pilot was Augustine, 100 points to Augustine for his nice attention.
The experience of flying was amazing, it was a moment of peace watching the sunrise from the sky. The landing if it was a bit fun, but super interesting Enterprise logistics to go pick us up!
On the way down we toast with all the people of the globe! Then they took us to breakfast, it was also super rich and tidy, then we went to see crafts and gave us talks about maguey (where obviously we recorded our names as the song) and then a tour of the ruins of Teotihuacán.
Super recommended SkyBalloons! 100 points from start to finish made for an unforgettable experience!

The request of my dreams - Honestly, I couldn’t have an opinion on the Service’s prior attention, because it was a surprise to me, my girlfriend took me on February 16 and when I found out it was the place I was amazed from the beginning, you enter a room where you are provided with a pre-flight snack, it was very early as 20 for 7am. Our pilot arrived, introduced himself VERY kindly to us his name is Giovanni and warned us to get ready that we were about to go to our balloon and effectively 5 min later he came back for us it was IMPRESSIVE to see all those balloons starting to fly, we had a private balloon and the attention was beautiful, we went up and the scenery to the pyramids was spectacular, the end was the best! WOW what a great job they make possible the experience you want.. when landing we toast with champagne and our pilot in such a gentle way explained to us why of the toast to finish the landing, DEFINITELY a unique experience, at the end they take a pass to go to a buffet near the place, everything charming, definitely I return to live this experience with them.

Balloon ride was awesome, but artisan market was not - The ballon ride was excellent, well organized, great pilot, and very attentive crew. Spectacular part of the experience. Transport to & from Mexico Vity was also great Before going to the pyramids there was a forced almost 1 hour stop at an artisan market that was unwelcomed and pushy. Our balloon ride was extended (no complaints!), but with the forced stop we only had 1.5 hours at the pyramids which was not nearly enough. So just be aware that if you opt for the transport you may be “ transported” to a market you did not anticipate.
