Great walking tour of San Miguel! - Great historical tour of central San Miguel! Isabel was very knowledgeable about the culture and history of the region and took us to beautiful spots that we would not have seen on our own. We loved it!

We dig Diego! - We spent a day and a half with Diego…first a half-day walking tour of the charming town of San Miguel de Allende and then a day trip to the countryside towns. We were so impressed with Diego’s knowledge and pride of the region’s history and culture. But beyond that, he was engaging, humorous and lively! We had wonderful conversations about the past and the present, the differences of thought and similarities we share about being North American neighbors, and our families and interests. He is really a fantastic guide! But beyond that, his colleagues at Catrina Tours were “Juanny”-on-the-Spot with drivers in comfortable vehicles for transport AND they arranged for a wonderful excursion with friend Chef Mario to the market and his kitchen for an amazing cooking experience …we made multiple delicious dishes which we enjoyed with his signature margaritas. 💃🕺🏽Ole’! Fantastic, fun and knowledgeable! Highly recommend! - Great introduction to San Miguel de Allende! Diego met us our hotel and was incredibly personable and knowledgeable…and enthusiastic about his adopted city! We mentioned we were Jewish and brought some Jewish history into our tour…a sign of pure professionalism by catering the tour to our own story. Highly recommend!

Alex was outstanding! - Alex was absolutely incredible with his facts regarding the history of San Miguel de Allende, adding a bit of humor and summarizing a very complex and lengthy history in an understanding and clear way. He had very interesting facts about the city and reflected on his childhood memories of the area. At the open market he wanted me to try cactus fruit which was a treat for me that I’d never tried. He was friendly and enthusiastic about teaching me everything about this area and how it evolved. Highly recommend!

Couldn't ask for more - We took the San Miguel walking tour with Leo this week, and it was one of the best walking tours I've ever taken. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, and funny. He gave great recommendations for what to see and where to eat. We learned so much, and felt like we made a friend along the way.
