ATV Seashore Combo - Sergio was an excellent tour guide! We had a great time!! We are going on another ATV Tour on 2/5/25 to the Jade Cenote. It would be really nice to have Sergio as our tour guide again!!!

Would do it again for sure. - Awesome ATV ride for 5 of us. Not really the trails for a person that's never operated an ATV like one in our group. Very enjoyable to those of us that have. Beautiful beaches, great lunch, and guides that care about your enjoyment. That alone was outstanding.

Great excursion - just expect lots of surprises. - The ATV excursion really was a fun adventure along a nice natural beach setting, and really felt like you were experiencing the natural side of the island, outside of the main tourist spots. The ATV driving was easy, and a very good length of time, and the equipment was all in good shape, and seemed to be well maintained. The lunch and opportunity to snorkel and kayak at the beach was definitely a big bonus too. In the end, the entire trip was highly worthwhile and definitely recommended. The only criticism of the experience was limited/lacking communication about what was happening, and what to expect next, which was a bit concerning for us, since we were on a cruise and concerned about making it back for all-aboard. Although it turned out to be a more fun experience because of the surprises, we were a little hesitant at the start, since we anticipated being picked up by van and driven, but instead ended up needing to drive ourselves in a jeep, and traded off between tour guides. In hindsight, everything worked out well, but the uncertainty was a little distracting. Overall, highly recommend the excursion - just expect to have limited communication :)

Great Experience!! - If you like adveture this is the tour you need to take. Great views. You are really close to the sea and the trails full of sand. Our guide very helpful. The weather was extremly hot, but Oliver our guide was always giving us small gatorades. After the atv portion the lunch and the relax time at the beach club was a nice way to end a great day at Cozumel.

Fun port adventure away from the crowds - This was a fun adventure for our family of 11 on a recent port stop in Cozumel. Very easy meetup right outside the Puerto Maya cruise terminal. We were transported to the beach area first where we had about 90 minutes of time to enjoy the water, pool, and have lunch. Then off to the ATV adventure on the south eastern side of the island. Probably about 75-90 minutes on the ATVs traversing through jungle area on the coast. Fun ride with beautiful views of the ocean. We bypassed the included tequila tasting in favor of returning to the ship. If you book this on a cruise, I would recommend the first tour of the day only. For us it was probably about 4.5 hours from time of pickup to drop off. We didn't want to be pier runners!!! Highly recommended.

Mediocre - The ATV ride was in a circle on this guy’s property to two “holes” in the ground. There is more driving in a car than riding on a 4 wheeler. The “all inclusive lunch” is a small chicken fajita - the same guy who owns the adventure company owns the all inclusive. The all inclusive is super small. Small beach swim area. Small beach. Very pushy venders set up all over the place. Poor experience over all.

Disappointed - I hate leaving bad reviews but this was bad to worse the whole day. It started by the tour operator running late and asking a friend to have us follow them in a car to the office. We had to follow them through Cozumel driving their vehicle. Then we started late and drove to another location where we got the ATV’s and rode to a location where we were not allowed to pass. Now running even farther behind we went to the beach club where there was only time for lunch which was flavorless. There was no time to enjoy the beach or snorkel at all. Then another drive to ATV’s where we drove an off road course to a cenote and then again had to drive following our guide to get back to the cruise port. A 3.5 hour excursion turned into 5 plus hours and we did not even get everything we were paying for. There was no time left in the day for our other plans. We were also filthy, exhausted and frustrated. I feel a majority of our time was driving to and from different locations.

Horrible communication and service - This tour was nothing as advertised. My family and I had a tour booked at 10:30 am and they never showed up to pick us up. We finally got ahold of them and they said that our tour was actually at 12:30 (we confirmed with them over the phone the day before that they would pick us up at 10:30 and our trip confirmation also said 10:30). They rushed to get us, took us to a building out of the way, just to pay $5 a person to enter a national park I'm sure we never entered. Why wasn't this included in the original fee? We drove around with our guide (Victor) to kill time until 12:30 and when we finally got on our ATVs, we rushed through the tour. Our guide specifically said that he did our tour in 1 hour, when it should have taken an hour and 40 minutes. We didn't stop to see sights, we didn't learn anyting about Mayan culture, and we never saw any ruins. Riding ATVs was fun, but our guide rushed us through everything and when people in our party were feeling poorly because of the heat, he also pushed to get them going again and they ended up leaving the experience early. The food at the beach club was fine and the staff there was nice, but we didn't end up doing anything else there (even though they said we did a snorkel tour) TLDR: Don't do this tour unless you want to risk wasting a whole day being jerked around and gaslit.
