Take your tour with Fernando he awesome and knows his facts. 4th generation from Cozumel! So a kind & friendly!! - Fernando was a excellent tour guide who truly had his customers in mind on what they were looking for wanting to do and making sure everything was going smoothly. He was very kind and courteous along with the great knowledge that he had about the culture and history. If you want a great tour with a great tour guide, I highly suggest Fernando as he truly cares about his clients! It was a excellent tour with the stop at a tequila factory, the bat caves where you can jump into the lagoon, scenic stops at the beaches along the coast and then we had a fantastic lunch at the money bar that had great food and drinks and afterwards we got to swim and snorkel! Thank you again for everything. It was a blast!

Cozumel Jeep Tour & Jade Caverns - We had an amazing tour in Cozumel with Fernando! From the start, he made us feel like family. He’s incredibly knowledgeable—his family has lived on the island for generations—and he shared so many fascinating historical stories. We loved the tequila tasting; unlike other tours that can feel pushy, this one was relaxed and enjoyable, and the tequila was delicious! Our daughters had a blast following the chickens and even got to hold baby chicks. Fernando took us to so many incredible spots on the East side, including breathtaking views and a blow hole. Off-roading in a jeep to Jade Caverns and seeing the gorgeous cenote was unforgettable. We ended the day at a fantastic West side beach club, complete with a sandy beach, pool, and a huge inflatable water obstacle course, plus a delicious included lunch. Fernando even let us stay an extra hour so we could soak it all in.

Excellent guide and experience in Cozumel - The guide Fernando treated us excellent, always attentive and with data of the places he took us. He gave us drinks all the way and was supporting us with taking pictures at the most important spots in Cozumel. He was always attentive to what we needed and to take us to new and parent places. Thank you for this experience, we took many good things from Cozumel.

Great day with Fernando - Really great this excursion! Fernando is more of a friend than a guide! We had a great time. A very nice day I highly recommend and especially with Fernando with whom we could really exchange despite my Spanish a little wobbly!!! Manual

Private and customizable - We had a great time in Cozumel and a wonderful tour with Amato! We appreciated that these tours are customizable and it was just the two of us, so we got to see a little more of the local side as well as the tourist spots and learned about local culture from Amato. Thank you!

Great guide, not the greatest comminucation - I would give our guide Ricardo 6 stars if I could but I have to rate the experience as a whole. I took away a star due to the communication issues we had. I reached out two days before the excursion to confirm the correct meeting place and did not get a response. Someone from the company did reach out to me the day before asking which cruise ship we were on but I was on the cruise ship with no internet access so I never got the message. After getting into the cruise port I realized that there is more than one cruise port in Cozumel and that I picked a meeting point closer to a different port than our ship was in. I reached out through the Viator app the morning of the excursion, 4 messages to be exact, about correcting the location, potentially walking to the other location, getting a taxi, etc? Never heard from anyone. We did end up taking a taxi instead of walking the 2.5 miles to the other location because we would not have made it to the location by the designated start time. It was not really clear where at the location/address we were supposed to wait, it was a plaza with several shops and stores, we asked some of the locals and they told us to "wait by the lighthouse, they will be here" and "they usually wear blue shirts". Ricardo did arrive to pick us up and off we went, all be it a few mintues late. Ricardo was a great guide. He seemed very knowledgable about and proud of his country and seemed to genuinely enjoy showing us around. We did forgo the snorkeling portion of the trip due to very cool temps and beginning to rain. It appeared to be an area near where we ate lunch, just walk out to the beach and into the water, it was not a location requiring boat access. The Jade Caverns were a neat experience as well, someone from another group did jump off the top into the cavern below and we had the opportunity as well but declined. The road to get to the caverns was VERY bumpy and might not be best for someone with back or neck problems. The stop at the tequila ranch was as expected. We are not big drinkers but was pleasantly suprised at the tequila tasting. We were not pressured to buy any, it was available but I did buy an expensive souvenir (limited options and double what you would pay near the port) from there because I felt guilty not buying the tequila. I would recommend having very clear directions and clarity about which cruise ship you will be coming in on and the correct meeting point to begin your trip and should be smooth sailing from there well before the start of the experience.

Fun tour - Guide was amazing however I felt lunch that is included is very limited. The drive to the cave was very long and I felt the area was just ok. Not worth all the time to get there. I would have preferred to go to a beach
