Authentic Cozumel Tour with Incredible Guide - We had a FANTASTIC time in cozumel as the last port stop for our ship. Our guide Ramses was incredibly fun, knowledgeable, experienced, and unique. He took us to what I can only describe as truly unique and special sites. They were all hugh quality and outside of touristy areas. We saw and walked through Mayan ruins, got a really in-depth discussion and history lesson, and were able to hear some mythology and stories that were really entertaining. Ramses was excellent with his knowledge, and a really funny guy. The ruins we visited has us as their only visitors, and they were both unique and adventurous! We had great visits to some truly hidden cenotes devoid of tourists, caves where iguanas actually came up to us, and some fun beaches where while enjoying the sand Ramses was able to find us fun sights eith flora and fauna. We also did a good resteraunt visit and 2 different tequila tastings, all complimentary in the price! Absolutely 110% a fantastic feeling not to worry about money! We only spent about 10$ extra for some extra beers that Ramses recommended (Indio brand) for us and three others. A great recommendation! The best part by far, other than the great atmosphere and Ramses charisma of course, was that Ramses took time to go collect things like plants, shells, and stones to show them to us! We saw conch fossils, pearl shells, and I kept getting handed all kinds of crazy plants that he immediately identified and shared just to make our experience better! Spent 6 and a half hours just having an amazing time. Every place was a hit, and this was how guides should be when visiting places. I could not recommend more highly this excursion.

Great tour with Miguel -... - Great tour with Miguel - just the two of us in his car. Arrived on cruise ship and confirmed pickup time and place via email on morning of tour. Started with some time in a tourist shop, then visited tequila tasting, jungle/cave area (complete with iguana and bats; used midge repellant but still got a few small bites); took the option to pay $5 for chocolate tasting; stopped for around 15 mins at a nice beach, then went on to the Mirador Restaurant for a good lunch (incl drink) right on the beach. Then visited the old capital and a small Mayan church before going on to Cenote Aerolito, where we had time for a quick swim/snorkel, which was probably the hghlight for us. Miguel spotted a crocodile! He gave us as much time as we wanted at each place and never felt rushed. Dropped off in the town where we started, with a short walk back to the port. Whole trip was about 4.5 hours.

Island tour - Our ruins and island tour with Ramsés was a 10/10. He was very engaging and really listened to what we were interested in and shared so much culture and beauty of the island. He went above and beyond and my family all had a wonderful time. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you!!

Great blend of archeology, nature, and modern culture. - Arturo is a very friendly, highly knowledgeable guide. A great conversationalist, he injected wit and humor as he explained the Mayan culture, both past and present. The tour did not disappoint.

A+ Tour - We had a seamless and attentive sign-up and the tour was perfectly executed. We debarked from our cruise ship around 8:30 AM and our flight out of Cozumel was at 3:10pm. This was a perfect way to get an overview of Cozumel and have (the provided) lunch on a beautiful beach before being dropped off at the airport. Everyone involved accommodated our specific circumstances and agreed to alter their set program for us. Our guide was excellent too. We highly recommend this tour.

Alvin did a great job... - Alvin did a great job showing us around! Before entering Cedral to see the ruins, we saw some cute pigs! The lunch spot was great with delicious food and there were plenty of shopping opportunities near the beach if you love to shop. It was fun to climb the rocks after lunch and watch the waves come in through the holes! Seeing the salt water crocodiles was an added bonus! The mojito at Welcome to Miami was to die for with the freshest ingredients! They even had a cute puppy! The Cenote was a little disappointing as it was hard to see into the underwater cave and the water was murky. Probably need an underwater flashlight and/or scuba gear for it. Clearer waters on a different day would also have helped. Tequila tasting was good, but to buy bottles was on the expensive side. Fairly sure the almond liqueur is just amaretto though. Still very tasty! We did enjoy learning about the history of tequila and the family's background that run the tastings. Plan for 5 to 6 hours for this tour if you like exploring at each stop. Overall, it was a great experience!

You might be CANCELLED last minute - Tour operator sent text message that tour had been canceled at 530a on the day of tour and stated due to narcotravel issues and that cozumel was not safe. Hogwas!!! 5 cruise ships docked at at same time and no warnings issued. Tour operators everywhere at port and ship excursions didn't cancel. By the time my ship docked and received cancelation notice was difficult to find and plan for something else. Ended up getting another driver, which cost more and saw less and we went all over the island not one issue, tourist everywhere. I call B.S. on the operators reason fir cancelation. He said that he notified Viator about the cancelation so would get a credit. I will be following up on that.
